Batter discharge after flashing through cement recovery.. - Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, Pro

Hello everyone,
I am using skin bean v3 jb Rom with lupus v4 jb kernel.when ever I'm flashing any zip thru cwm nd reboot the mobile, the battery discharges by aleast 8-10%.is this acceptable during zip flashing or could it be problem with ROM/KERNEL??

Does this prevail with other Roms??
I lose at Times 4-5 % while using cwm for flashing heavy zips !

I think this was not a problem with pure cm10 Rom..I have noticed this problem only recently while using AOKP, AOSP ROM. Recently flashed a script for disabling button backlight nd two my surprise battery pop drained by 10%:-o

I have rooted my Neo V (Unlocked Bootloader) having stock GB 2.3.4
Can i install any ROM in the Neo V Android Development Section??
or is there any restriction that there will be some Special ROMs for GB 2.3.4??

You can install any GB, ICS or Jellybean ROM you find for the Neo V in the development section. Just make sure you follow the instructions given by the devs.

Flashing Baseband
Is it a must that i should flash my baseband to 72 for ICS ROMs or 64 will be sufficient???
It is recommended for best performance. Not compulsory. But you cannot complain to the dev if you have signal drops etc. It's you not using what the dev has recommended.

I Installed AOSP 4.0.3 ICS ROM successfully in my Neo V ..
For installing Gapps[Google Apps} .. do i need to enter recovery and install through ZIP from SD CARD????

Yes! Boot into CWM and then select install zip from card!

[HELP XSOLA]Notification Light Not Turned On

hi, yesterday I install CWM and flash various MOD to make my xperia sola like xperia Z , and today I charge my phone with turn off position and I found the notification light not turn orange but stay off, anyone know what happen to my sola ?
It is the cwm bug

I'm using CWM with custom rom but I don't have this problem. I am using CWM v5 instead of the latest one though.

Munjeni v5 kernel inbuilt with cwm so dont have this problem but cwm for locked bootloader has this....

People are having bootloop problems on 2.5 installation... Maybe patch is for that...

I saw that there is already a patch in developer section, but when I uploaded this there wasn't one. As you can see I don't post to much so i canĀ“t upload it in developer section. I think at this moment this patch is useless.

there is no camera in my neo v ......though i installed an addition camera app nd its working fine......
wifi direct not working(big problem).....i installed this rom because i wanted wifi direct in my phone......this rom is fast but every time i start wifi direct.....it says couldn't start wifi direct...
it was working fine before but after 1 or 2 times.....its not working now......
i installed this patch but nothing happend....

No need to install rom again.just flash the karnel.and reboot into system.
Remember that u must have to flash ics based lupus karnel.or u get bootloop.

Okay ive been having a super ridiculous problem here
no matter what rom i flash or kernel my battery drains every hour like 12 %/
what the hell is wrong ? bbs and all those monitoring apps havent helped at all ive frozen uninstalled fresh installed every rom and the same issue

I am getting process.android.media error on my xperia neo V running Cyanfox CM 11 Kitkat 4.4.2 ROM,Can anyone help me ?
Also the battery drains very fast even with WiFi scan off,location services and GPS off,Gmail and facebook stopped.

Do one thing.
Flash .587 ftf
Flash kernel inside zip
Do all 3 wipes and 3 formats
Then flash zip
It may work
