i had susseccfully made a rom for micromax a27 which is about 40% faster than stock rom..........:fingers-crossed:
and even hd games can be runned in this rom...........
battery also runs 25% longer.

Please let us know you tested this on how many sets. Also, which method do YOU recommend for flashing? I do have flash tool, but not sure about it, some people had bad experience. And can anyone guide me to a stock ROM in case I need to revert?
Lastly, you are one awesome dude :angel: , because you decided to create a custom ROM for the lowliest of low Android phone in the market, the A27 (GSMarena says it is the cheapest android phone...IN THE WORLD)

5.For XP users (run cmd and cd to the folder)
For Win7 users (shift + right click and click
Open command prompt here)
6.Now type in cmd : fastboot erase system -w
7.Now type in cmd: fastboot update xxx.zip
8.U are done.

( You must take CMW Backup for Revert back to your old system )
1) Download JellyDeamon.zip
2) Put into External/Internal SD Card
3) Go To CMW Recovery
4) Wipe Data/Factory Reset And Wipe Partition
5) From Advance Menu Do Dalvik Catch Clear
6) From Advance Menu Do Battery State Clear
7) Go in Mount And Storage select FORMAT SYSTEM
8) Select Install From SD and Select File And Click YES

what is Hackers Keyboard, i have also heard there are swiftkey's apk floating which log every key you tye, where user name and passwords can be compromised.

Hackers keyboard got some extra keys like "ctrl alt" etc..

as u know i pushed some wrong app into my system which is letting me to install this new rom.
whats the other procedure even if root is lost.
anyways installed ur rom, hope it would be better thn the stock. will post reviews later.

due to my slow uploading speed i split the rom into 4 parts..dats it.there are no gps prob.1080p video works through hw decoder.

Downloading as well, but will try after few days. Great job though.
Experience continous reboot after reaching <30% battery level. Reflashed rom and now observing it.
Not sure if the cause was installing crossbreeder or mother of adblick flashable zip file. Other than that it tuns flawlessly.

why no transparent status bar like S4 ? plz canvas DEVS try to bring transparency to the status bar of canvas HD.. its a request.
It has the bug where it reaches <30% the battery drains very quickly. Not seen on stock roms though used MX 4.2 and MP 4.2 before.

This is the day you'll always remember as the day when Captain RiTz released the "RiTz TurboHD ROM"!!!!!!!!!
Porting this ROM wasn't as easy as Porting the Canvas 4 ROM, But i've managed to do it!!!!!!!!!!!
I used the updated Canvas HD android v4.2.1 Stock ROM (p18) as my base ROM --> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2426034
( The boot.img file used by me is extracted from this Stock ROM )
and used Canvas Turbo android v4.2.1 Stock ROM as the port ROM --> http://www.4shared.com/rar/sB6GhQ5M/S9311_MP_IN_MMX_15_flasher_use.html
Features of this ROM :-
1. All the software features of Canvas Turbo!!!!
a. The Video Player with popup/floating mode and LookAway pause feature.
b. lots of other floating apps like popup browser, iFloat Tray , iFloat Call and iFloat SMS.
c. More Smart Gestures
2. Not Rooted!
3. No Build.prop Modifications! (it's of Canvas Turbo A250)
4. Fully De-odexed!
5. Front Camera = 2Mp ; Back Camera =8Mp i.e CHD Camera with app of Canvas Turbo Camera
(both camera's working fine)
Note:- the BootAnimation is the stock BootAnim of CHD, i wanted to mod it but My laptop is not in working condition ,
i've ported this ROM on my 10 year old very slow desktop (it's very very slow).
so when my laptop will be in working condition, i'll upload the modified Turbo BootAnimation and lot's of other add-ons aswell!!!!
Note:- added Canvas Turbo Bootanimation, for link check post no.4 (added on 30-10-2013)

Books.apk, Fruit_Devil.apk, GameHubLarge.apk, Hangouts.apk, Hike.apk, JellyJumpers.apk, MiLive.apk, Mi_security.apk,
MicromaxRegist.apk, Moffice.apk, PlusOne.apk, TheDarkMan.apk, YouTube.apk!!!!!!!!
didn't wanted to remove PlusOne.apk & YouTube.apk , but had to for some(space/memory) reasons!!!
I've modded/Recompiled the following apk's to work on Canvas A116
1. contacts.apk

added Canvas 4 & Canvas Turbo Wallpapers to the Launcher!!!

No Bugs (learned from previous ROM , plus you know my ROM doesn't have any BUGS!!!!!!!)
if anybody still manages to find a bug then please feel free to let me know.!!!!!
What's working :-
Everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
If anybody wants to try this ROM on their Canvas HD, firstly please take a full backup of your phone by your preferred method. (CWM/TWRP/Titanium backup)
How to flash:-
1. Download the ROM i.e "RiTz_TurboHD.zip" file.
2. copy the "RiTz_TurboHD.zip" file to root of your sdcard.
3. reboot in CWM recovery mode.
4. Select "Wipe data/factory reset" --> then select "yes"
5. Select "Wipe cache partition" --> then select "yes"
6. Select "advanced" --> Select "wipe dalvik cache" --> then select "yes" --> then go back
7. Select "mounts and storage" --> "format /system" --> then select "yes" --> then go back
8. Select install zip from sdcard --> choose zip from sdcard --> then select "RiTz_TurboHD.zip"
after it completes flashing/installing, just go back & reboot!!
it will take some time for booting the first time,so please have patience.
Disclaimer:-
I will not be in anyway responsible for any damage this might cause to your phone.
if you'll follow the instructions correctly, then everything will be fine.
Again I'll advice people to backup their phones before trying this ROM and please give your feedback/views whether positive or negative, so that it will let me know what i'm doing right/wrong!!!

I can't do that right now , as my net speed at the moment is very slow and the connection is not very reliable.
It took me 3 attempts and nearly 3 to 4 hours to upload it to Dev-Host last night!!!
I might do it on 1st of next month, as i'll get my 4mbps speed for the first 8gb.

Flashed it & m getting 550 MB free Ram at start, no flickering issues, battery issues will revert soon... Good Rom.. till now like it a lot...:good::fingers-crossed:

INSTRUCTION FOR OTA UPDATE:-
1. I recall that the OTA update is running in test mode.
2. Check for updates performs third-party program "OTA Update" because OPPO native service can download the update only for phones OPPO. For obvious reasons, they do not suit us.
3. The program checks for updates, but does not load them until you do not let her do it.
4. If an update run "OTA update".
5. Download the latest update available.
6. Before installing, remove the check mark from "Clear data" and "Clear cache" and click "Install."
7. Once again, click "Install."
8. Do not forget to give permission from SU.
9. Installation is performed automatically in the recovery.
10. If for some reason the installation does not occur, then reboot into recovery, select install zip from sdcard, indicate:
-> OTA-Updater/download/iq451_coloros_v0xx.zip and confirm installation.
Stable Version
Flashing Instructions:-
1) Download the zip file
2) Put into external/internal sd card
3) Go to CWM/Twrp recovery
4) Wipe data/factory reset
5) From advance menu do dalvik cache clear
6) Go in mount and storage select format system
7) Select install from sd card and select file and select yes
after done ur device will boot automatically

ROM is good but its old version uploaded there are some fix to be done like there is no APN SETTINGS in this ROM

atlast downloaded and flashed ,.....
and WOW WOW WOWWW .... the Rom is really super kewl ... just from a few hours of usage couldn't resist posting a review ...
Tested almost all basic features, UI luks kewl ... GPS locks in less than 5 seconds ... Both Sims working awesome ... Data/Wifi working seemlessly ... And Ram mgmnt too quite good, thou will have to wait and see ...
And all this with COLOR OS still in beta ... tnxx for the dev who ported this ...

Install all drivers for your phone (Please find the attached "A350_USB_Drivers.zip").
Download "recovery.img" (CWM 5.5.0.4) and "MT6592_Android_scatter.txt" file to any temporary folder.
Extract and open the SP Flash Tools.
In SP Flash Tools, click on Scatter-Loading and the program will ask you the location of the scatter loading file for your device.
Select the file "MT6592_Android_scatter.txt" which we already downloaded at step 2.
Check only recovery.img and uncheck all others. Click on "recovery.img" file and set it's location to our downloaded "recovery.img"(CWM) file
Switch off your phone (wait for 10-12 sec).
In Flash Tool, Click the Download option and the flash tool will start looking for your phone.
Connect your phone now. The Flash Tool will start the flashing process, the progress of which can be viewed from a yellow progress bar at the bottom of the flash tool.
***Don't interrupt this process as it can potentially brick your device.
***Make sure no power interruption takes place. (Use a laptop to ensure this).
After the process completes, a green ring will appear on your device signalling that the process was successful.
Disconnect your phone.

Is there any way to increase the font size of recovery mode...I had to use the magnifier....Just kidding...

I'm planning to port custom ROM with there original Kitkat 4.4.2 ROM with some performance tweaks. Thereafter will try to port with some popular ROM like MIUI, Samsung etc... so keep waiting and also most important keep patience

Make sure you add features to change the font size and custom fonts in rom. And remove Micromax bloatware

Could you please write down the bloatware list here ? so that i can remove them from our upcoming custom ROM.
BTW - I'm planning to release this build with pre-installed xposed framework+GravityBox [KK]. With no more major changes at this time....

Here are the programs that I dont like and I think should not be there on the phone.
1.) All the micromax apps as they are not full apps and really badly made and ask for Rs. 99 Each. I mean come on if I approach XDA will I be aying 99 for each app. Grow up Micromax
2.) Spuul ( no one uses that)
3.) BBM (Blackberries are no more tasty now)
4.) Facebook ( it shuld be a user app as this gets updated and eats away 40 Mb)
5.) Games that micromax gives in trial and asks for money for like where's my perry. and water
6.) RegistTest (It will register your phone everytime you restart it and will spend 3 Rs everytime)
7.) Truecaller ( It should also be user app)
8.) Whatsapp ( same reason)
9.) Hike ( why shoulld we look forr something that is not whatsapp)
10.) A very irritating Micromax homepage from the Browser which was almost impossible for me to remove.
11.) Brandfusion Ringtone ( Its very irritating)
12.) MIcromax Launcher which behaves like its not on FHD screen but on 240*320 Screen, Gigntic Icons and no customization.
13.) The very cheap G and 3G icons from the status bar. Looks like we do not know which network we are on and Micromax came in like a charm to save our souls. Hell.
14.) Reduce the font size it looks like I am wearing my GrandPa's Glasses.
15.) Add option to change the font size to tiny like it is in Samsung.
16.) Kingsoft Office( It will spoil your tables in document, Better use Quick Office it wil give you dditional 10 Gb space on Google Drive)
In Short try to keep it as much android as you can. Better like Nexus 5

I have no idea about this..... not tested !! But this is what about the ROM theme apk. We need some more extra dependencies to become it works.
BTW - For Canvas Knight A350 Custom ROM, you can download mod kitkat from here:

I tried my phone aborted the installtion and doesn't boot only MMX logo apraring and not getting swithc off, somehow i flashed kitkat again (with high risk by keeping phone on) but it worked now happy with KITKAT rooted with CMW & SuperSU (Note Superuser not working in MMX A350) !!!!

If you are using KitKat then lots of issues in it, I tried and back to 4.2 now!!!!
error: initializing scatter file failed
I tried doing this but the SP Flash Tool says " error: initializing scatter file failed. Please check the name of scatter file which you load..."
