We need to control a Tablet using an android device via Wi-Fi.Is it possible to implement a Android-to-Android mouse application between these two devices?

I'm reading for some time this forum and I think here I can place my question because I'm not able to find any information...
My Question is how to setup a infrared remote control to use with android instead of keyboard or mouse.
I thought in lirc but the several ports that I found for android are working to send infrared signals, not to receive them.
I was wondering if there is some project or program to allow infrared remote controller manage the android device.

I am planning to work on this sometime. My guess is that the remote key code need to be captured and mapped to the keypad codes.
Hey, I'm looking for 2 things:
1) A gamepad mapping app that supports USB (BT optional) and NO ROOT needed.
2) A mouse and keyboard mapping app that also supports USB and NO ROOT needed.
I have searched on the internet for a really long time, I just can't find what I need.

I am asking how to make appear android mouse cursor without connect a Bluetooth mouse so I think it's like make a android service that emulate a Bluetooth mouse (HID Bluetooth mouse in android ) in order to show the android pointer.
secondly after succeeded in showing the android mouse cursor I need to control that pointer and move it using like motionEvent for instance make click event move to specific x,y position, etc
I got an idea using HID but actually I am not sure if it can be programmed or its impossible.
Can anyone please to help me in this​

I need an application that will simulate gyroscope by using usb otg mouse. For example when i will run PUBG Mobile and use mouse it will not use cursor but gyro. Imo the best way to use it.
