I guess you missed the vote. We all decided we liked it better stock with TW. You should have voted dude. :silly:
Most important thing is official bootloader unlock. Then development will get crazy.

There are already more than two ROMs available. Also, the phone has been out less than a week.

I posted an announcement thread in the general section when it was released, however it seems many don't know this was released.
I am in no way responsible for what happens to your phone, nor is Cyanogen. I'm simply relaying the ROM. Your brick is your problem

What's the best way to provide feedback and diagnostics on what caused the crash? logcat isn't preserved across boots, so unless you were logging at the time, you probably won't know what happened. Is there a way to enable kernel crash dumps like you can in "normal" Linux?

Development may kick up a bit more for our Note though, all in good time.
I asked Telus how much it would cost to upgrade to the Note 2, and after their response, I'm definitely not upgrading anytime soon. Its quite the pretty penny.

Yes you posted in the right place. And from what i have seen thus far the answer to your question is no. I pay more attention to the AOSP roms though so there very well may be.
Its really early to be asking that seeing as how everything for the S4 is just kicking off. if you really want to make sure go to the Verizon Note 2 Android Development forum and look at the TW roms changelogs and see if any of them have anything from the S4 in the changelogs. Last time I looked there wasnt anything but that may have changed.

You can do this with any kernel with as many roms as you have the storage space for using the rom toggler guide that utilizes Tasker.

Yupp, I'm letting you know now before you spend the money Tasker is probably the most powerful app in the store, it's unintuitive, and has a learning curve. That being said, there's lots of YouTube tutorials to get you started, learning Tasker makes your phone a lot smarter than you even realize it could be, and @eBoody has made his tutorial on how to set up his rom toggler very easily. make sure you thank him for it and good luck.

This is not dual booting at all.. ROM Toggler uses nandroid backups to switch between Roms. Everytime you want to switch Roms you have to wait minutes nandroid backup and restore, that's definitely not dual booting.
With Devil you use the same kernel for each rom whether TW or AOSP, each Rom has it's own partition for apps... it's just a completely different concept.
Telling the OP he can dual boot with any ROM and any kernel is misleading. My 2 cents :good:
Anyway, buying Tasker is not a bad idea
Yea after doing some research I notice it just works off of nandroids and doesn't dual boot and it was misleading so devils dual boot is still the way to go in my opinion
