Could someone do me a favor and PM or post these 2 apks:
1. The stock White S4 keyboard (SamsungIME.apk) (usually in system\app).
2. The stock White S4 Settings (SecSettings.apk) (also in system\app).
I am in great need for these 2 files.

Problem Solved:
I found the files that I want. Thanks to a tip from carlospr21, they were in xxuamc6. The files are in odexed form:
White Settings:
SecSettings.apk
SecSettings.odex
White Keyboard:
SamsungIME.apk
SamsungIME.odex
If you want to use them then donn't forget to set the permissions!

Thanks a lot pal, but these are in black theme. I want the white themed keyboard and the white themed settings.
Please anybody else could volunteer and do us a favor to upload these 2 files (stock white themed)?

Mmm.. for a deodexed version you must download a deodexed rom pal. The rom that I downloaded was an odexed rom.

You must be on odexed rom pal.
If you are on odexed just copy these files to their respective locations (usually in system/app) by using a root browser.
Then set the permissions to rw-r-r and reboot your phone!

Thank you! Works great, the only thing I noticed is that it changed the font of my clock on the lockscreen, but that's no biggie (in fact I think I like it better).

Should be able to just flash, but I have a bad habit of wiping cache and dalvik before I flash themes or mods. Whether it has a benifit or not Idk. That's just me.

Are you odexed or deodexed? If deodexed you are good to go. If odexed It SHOULD work.

You might want to add that it only works on AOSP based roms touch with roms require .QMP files

figured it out... you need a kernel that supports this style of boot animations...
and if you don't (i.e. doesn't work for you) ... there is a solution:
go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=31833122&postcount=4
and install:
CWM_CustomBootanimation_421_Enable.zip
then you can go on your merry way, flashing all kinds of boot animations like the one linked in the OP's post

Really? Maybe I should withdraw my statement then what kernel are you using and what ROM I can't get it to work it just has a black screen I remember using it on my s3 so what works for them but I don't know what's going on here

Running jellybeans build 3 with the kernel that came with it.

That's the exact same problem I was having but I figured it out if you text me boo animation you download from Rom toolbox, rename it to bootanimation.zip , then extract the google boot in the OP and replace the boot in there with the one you just downloaded from romtoolbox thrn rezip and flash
Or just tell me the boot animation you want from rOM Toolbox and I will make a zip for you that will work

So I've been trying to find a good themed MMS for a while now.
I'm using foxhound ROM from the international S4 but with the fix to have it working on the Verizon S4 it kills the MMS from the ROM.
If anyone has the skill to make one themed a black and blue type or knows where one is that will work with our phones please do share.

Not to intrude on the OP's work.. but as his link is broken and he has been absent for some time..
I would just point out that there are several other XDA themers with S5 compatible black keyboard threads.
For the members posting here that they are looking for a black keyboard might like to look at one of the other threads,
e.g. Black glass S5 or Themed Google keyboards (black keyboards in S4 forum that work fine on S5)

Remove the existing one from /system/app and place this one

Yes, (for safety you can rename the existing SamsungSans as samsungsans.apk.bak
