[Q] Firmware upgrade encountered an issue in samsung galaxy S2 - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello buddies,
I have encountered a problem in my samsung galaxy s2 i1900G.
As I was having ics 4.0.3 in my phone(I was having bluetooth problem and vibrate problems in this version) and i tried to update my phone to jelly bean 4.1.2 through odin 3.0.7. But while upgrading My PC got hanged, so I struck in updating my phone. and my phone was in download mode and I tried restarting. But when I did restart It showed
"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again"
then I went for kies and tried for recovery, but not succeeded. then I again went for odin to flash, but no result.
and now my phone is not even going to download mode. When I turn on my phone it shows only the following message.
"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again"
Can you please help me guys to fix it.? :crying:

Just go thro the link below carefully (read the complete thread about 5 pages), the OP of that thread had a similar issue and resolved the same

My problem is quite similar but in my phone I am not even getting samsung boot up screen. When I turn on my phone I only get
"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again" Nothing apart from that message.

glaxy s2 and galaxy note same procedure but u do some thing for galaxy note .. u download any kernal related to your galaxy note and firmware and follow same procedure.......

Excuse me please, I have some problem with my phone. PLEASE HELP ME.
My phone's details.
Samsung Galaxy SII
GT-I900M
I tried to upgrade my firmware into Jelly Bean I followed the procedures via youtube. I used Odin V1.85, I followed the steps like cliking the PDA and choosing the file and then start. I thought it was going well but suddenly at last it failed. And my phone's screen turn into a red adroid robot with a message "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue..." What should I do? I've tried so many methods but it doesnt work. Honestly, I really dont know how to flash. I also tried pressing volume up lock and the home button simultaneously but it doesnt work. Can you please help me? Please?

1) Ensure u have downloaded the right firmware for ur device.
2) try diff Odin version to flash and see.
3) Try diff USB ports / cable / PCs and see
