Windows should load the USB drivers automatically.......

I think U can, just plug ur GS III to ur PC n let it install the driver automatically...

The Samsung USB drivers supplied are the drivers for USB SGS3 .
Kies is not needed .

Go to faryab's stock firmware sticky in the general forum. There's a link in the op, to a YouTube video by totallydubbed, which details every step you need to return to stock.

The amount of ram is not a problem. The fact that Samsung haven't open-sourced the drivers required for ICS I'd the biggest issue

I think they have open sourced some drivers for gb, but they do not have the drivers for ICS

It is not possible to have cm for mediatek devices until they release the drivers. Not even port. Coz u cannot port kernels

It will not work period. iOS is closed source and designed to run on specific hardware. There aren't iOS ports for any android device. Here are the links if you don't believe me,
