So I found this installable app right here on XDA.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2186734
Just install, enable multiple widgets from settings, open lock screen, swipe from top to bottom to activate multiple widgets, swipe right to add a new widget, select clock and configure as you like and hit the check mark to add, now swipe left till you get back to stock widget, long press and delete, and enjoy!!
Good luck!!

Too bad you can't use it with security.

Yea its cool but once you add security it all goes bye bye which is stupid but it the price you have to pay for beauty

Wallpaper link/upload? Thanks! It's awesome!

I am not completely certain on the source here, but believe it may have come from Zedge originally.

DashClock is also compatible with the S4 since it is running 4.2.+. Similar to cLock and has a fairly good amount of extensions/plugins for various notifications.
Thanks for posting the wallpaper. That one looks good on a lock screen.

Is there any way to use lockscreen widgets with security?

downloaded quickpic, I select the pic, menu button, set as, quickpic wallpaper, but it won't let me select the whole picture... I get some of it, but then when I try to select the rest, the shrinks on the other end
I feel like an idiot...this is not supposed to be this difficult.
Finally got it! I made it harder than I needed it to be. In my frustration I forgot to hold the finger on the screen and set the wallpaper that way. Thanks

[Q] Need help identifiing an indicator icon in the notification Bar

Hi,
Since this morning, I've got a new indicator icon in my notification bar (at the upper left corner, the arrow with a minus sign in it, see this screenshot :https://www.dropbox.com/s/e68h3jsh9nc0m6v/2012-06-11 21.10.50.png).
Does someone know where it comes from ? I thought at "Ring scheduler", but this isn't the usual ring scheduler icon :-(
Thanks Seb
This is the icon for "notifications disabled", it simply hides the notifications. You can toggle this behavior in the shortcut list [next to energy saving, it's the letter "i" in a circle] when dragging down the notification bar.
Can't see the pic for sone reason but sounds like notification. Flick down the status bar and turn notifications back on.

Search is the only solution. Generally scanning the threads on the GS3 forums doesn't work. Too many official indian/UK/Australian/new Zealand/canadian/Singapore etc threads all over the place.

you should probably just look around a little bit dude. check out my aokp rom thread. there are tons of icons/shortcuts you can add to the lockscreen.
I'm guessing that he means so you can pause/play from the homescreen.

It does give you options in the notifications, but he wants to have the options on the lockscreen (I assume because you can't pull down the notification if your phone is locked by methods that are more secure than swipe to lock).

Actually, I have the standard lockscreen. But, it doesn't do it from the lock screen. It only does it when I'm using the phone with another app, not from unlocking the phone.

Post your Lock Screen here!

We have plenty of' threads for sharing our home screens-- and every once in a while someone posts a screenshot of their lock screen as well there, but sometimes choosing a lock screen is even harder than setting up an ideal home screen work space. The lock screen has to be functional, but most of the time, we just end up using our icons, and don't actually interact with our widgets. We interact with our lock screen every time we pick up our device! Most developers have done a good enough job that we don't even think about our lock screen any more (which is why some won't fancy a glance here) but here we go!
Post 'em here, and please include what app/theme your using, so we don't run afoul like the home screen threads; with two or three "how in god's name did you manage that?" For every share!
Here's mine! MiLocker with a Chinese theme! It has an extremely low res wallpaper and graphics, but it's just geeky enough for me! You can find the theme a few rows down under the online themes "hottest" tab!

Allow widgets in the settings on your lock screen.
Then on lockscreen, swipe clock to the right. A plus sign should be there. Press on plus sign and add a widget.
Then go back to lockscreen. When clock shows up, long press clock, an x on top will display, drag clock to x and the clock will go away. Your new widget will replace the clock.
for example, my lockscreen:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Add a different widget there instead. I suggest the one you get with the clock app Timely.
Sorry should've added this I want to get rid of it without using a widget

I think you need to replace it with something. With Zooper Widget Pro, you can add a widget, but then leave it blank (don't create a widget at all) but the screen will think there is a widget there even though it is blank.

I'll try that and see if that works until someone has a more permanent solution other than using an app
