Why do you need a nandroid backup for cid HTC__032 (Eastern Europe) ??
You can simply run the available RUU 1.18.401.1 (http://androidfiles.org/ruu/?developer=Proto)
Or you flash 1.18.401.1.zip (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=39658634&postcount=2) with your current custom recovery then flash a stock recovery to accept and install JB OTA when available
Just for info: 1.18.401.1 RUU should work for below CIDs:
cidnum: HTC__001
cidnum: HTC__E11
cidnum: HTC__203
cidnum: HTC__102

First, thanks for helping out, much appreciated!
I still need some help though. After doing the RUU method, I can't reunlock the bootloader since my computer doesn't detect the phone in fastboot. Any clue? Tried updating the HTC sync, no luck...
Do you have fastboot drivers installed?

I think I do since it worked fine when I was on ICS...
When plugging the phone in while in bootloader, I get this message:

I'm clueless. Going to fastboot gives me the same error.
Edit: I have no idea how I just managed to fix it, but I did. Thanks anyway

By Kernel you mean the boot.img which was located in the cm-10.1-20130522-UNOFFICIAL-enrc2b.zip?
I flashed this specific boot.img which was located into the cm 10.1 zip via fastboot
I have done some other things now:
I fond this useful program written by hasoon2000 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1994961
I was able to push files through adb sideload using this programm so i pushed the
cm-10.1-20130522-UNOFFICIAL-enrc2b.zip and
gapps-jb-20121212-signed.zip to my device.
At the moment my device shows the "Cyanogen Mod" startup screen

Hey guys thanks for your replies so far!
I finally made CM work! using maxwens kernel (thanks for your awesome work, really appreciate it).
Now my apps dont want to recognize the internal storage.
For example the camera demands that i have to put in an external sdcard
Also Google Apps also keep crashing (yes I wiped cache and Dalvik before installing)
When I look up Settings --> Storage my phone tells me that I have 55 GB remaining
I really dont know what to do about it.
Just like allways, your help is much appreciated
And thanks for your personal involvement maxwen!
So I finally made my phone run again properly
I flashed RUU from this threat: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2140442
If you follow all the instructions properly you should be fine.
Maybe I´m gonna try getting a custom Rom for my HOX+ at an other time.
Thanks to anyone who tried to help me so far!
Hi,
I need to go back to stock because i need to send it to HTC for repair. Current ROM MaximusHD 13.0.0 JB 4.3 now i want to install the RUU: RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_TMOUS_1.27.531.11_Radio_4A.17.3250.20_10.40.1150.04_release_324846_signed_2 but while installing i get error: 130 netword id is this duo to this is an downgrade or what?
Have you changed your CID with S-OFF or some other method? If that's the case, it may be why your RUU is failing.
probalbly too late but you need to get s-on and do the fastboot oem lock then flash the RUU.

That's not true, I ran the latest TMO RUU with S-Off and everything went perfectly fine.
S-on is not required however YOU DO have to have relocked or locked status for bootlaoder. just boot into bootlaoder and go to fastboot then through cmd type
Code:
fastboot oem lock
then reboot you will be relocked.
make sure you are on 1.44 HBOOT not 1.54. use this to downgrade if needed. IF YOU ARE on 1.54 DO NOT RELOCK BOOTLOaDER JUST YET. to downgrade you have to be unlocked s-off would help too....
open this spoiler to get walked through the process. (its a quick proccess)
http://d-h.st/qfc <--- Click to download the needed files
you will have to extract the zip and edit the txt file changing
Code:
modelid: PN0710000 to modelid: PN0713000
Or whatever CID and modelid you phone is do to get your model id n stuff
Code:
fastboot getvar all
to get your model id n stuff
you should get this

and then add

cidnum: T-MOB010
directly under
Code:
cidnum: HTC__016
then save the file highlight both files and add to a archive (make it a .zip) drop it in paltform-tools then do
Code:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
Code:
fastboot flash zip whateveryounamedthezip.zip
when it finishes do

then tada youve downgraded your HBOOT.

I used the TMO RUU exe package from HTC and did not have to re-lock anything. Unlocked phone with HTCDev, S-off with REVOne, removed tamper flag with REVOne, ran RUU, and all is fine.
Maybe if you don't have the tamper flag removed you have to relock the boot loader, but you should have removed it if you S-Off'd.

i guess it depends on device idk all i know is i had my phone s-off unlocked and it wouldnt let me run the .11 RUU was only after i had relocked it let me update via RUU
It's failing before he updated his firmware. If he is S-On he's SOL until a new RUU comes out (my situation). If he is S-Off, he should be able to downgrade to an earlier FW and then run the RUU.
The RUUs let you upgrade HBoot but will not let you downgrade.

You can get your IMEI and Baseband back by 2 ways.
1 . Flashing a proper radio and hboot
2 . With Jtag like RiffBox And ORT Jtag.
PS: You see that your Modem Path is seeing OFF that means your Radio software is broken or Radio chip is dead.

You can download it here.
I have an htc m7 (tmobile) and it keeps restarting. then loads into "android systm recovery" with error "handle_cota_install: can't mount /sdcard, 5 times."
i thought i could use this to root the phone and start over, but it won't connect, keeps saying that the device isn't detected. I've rebooted to the bootloader and tried, as well as fastboot, but can't get the program to connect to my phone.
Do you have any suggestions?

All versions before v3.0 will not have their files updated anymore since I've moved from hosting on BasketBuild to Amazon S3. Please update to v3.0 to ensure you're getting the latest recovery and root files!

i have htc one max sprint, it has been htc dev unlocked, i have twrp, and i have been able to flash custom roms. but rumrunner AND firewater both will not work,
Rumrunner says i need to get an updated version, but there isn't any newer versions, and firewater, IF it actually starts, half the time it won't, it gets to bottle 9 and just exits, doesn't say anything, just exits, can i get any help please?
and i can't seem to get the download link for skydragon max v 2.0 sprint to download, i keep getting network error on the expressleech link, and the dev host link doesn't work at all!?

i don't get an error with firewater, all it does is exits adb shell and goes back to the adb line

and now to add to the frustration, some how the phone got wiped completely, and now my backups of my stock rom, and of the first vipermax i had been running is gone. >.<, but i can still flash an new system/rom of the vipermax. because luckily i found out you can adb push zips in twrp, so YAY! but, i wasn't able to get liquid smoke to work though.

FINALLY!!
i finally gained s-OFF on my SPRINT htc one max,
to do so, i flashed twrp recovery, then flashed vipermax 2.0, i DID NOT flash a superuser or supersu at ALL!, booted up.
i DID NOT do the initial "adb reboot" command, and did NOT do the "adb wait-for-device" command, instead i simply did these lines of code.
adb push firewater /data/local/tmp
adb shell
chmod 755 /data/local/tmp/firewater
/data/local/tmp/firewater
and by bottle 3 it worked!!
i don't exactly know why this worked over the actual instructions, but it did! YAY!

What variant means what version t6? Vzw? Sprint? Intl?
If its Sprint, setup a team viewer session and I will do it for you.

If you can setup team viewer I can screen share with you in about an hour and get it done. Did a Sprint one last night that had two problems. 1) latest firmware and 2) it was bootlooping on every Rom.
Something tells me yours won't be as bad.
