Craigslist is definitely the way to go. I don't even mess with eBay anymore. When I got rid of my Droid X I posted it on CL and it sold in about 20 minutes.

Here in Albuquerque they're going for 200-275 depending on condition. And considering unlimited data is on its way out you can tack on a bit more. Couldn't tell you how much cause a data plan is a difficult thing to put a value on.

Hey guys I'm going to be hopping in the vzw bandwagon soon and went today to find out my security deposit knowing I have horrible credit. To my dismay it was $400... Since starting a contract and getting a dna would be a little over $600 subsidized would it be better to just buy a nib one from eBay? Then would I be able to join without a security deposit?

You'd still need to pay the security deposit. This fee is so that you can start your own plan, it has nothing to do with which phone you decide on/where you get it from.

I broke my digitizer trying to replace the screen and I also ripped the ribbon for my buttons at the bottom. I know I backed it up bad. I think my home button still works, but if not how can I indoor it before I send it back?

You're clearly an idiotic kid. When I posted the solution for you I hadn't read your story, just offered help. After his comment I went back and read what happened and it fits sound like fraud. You broke out and now it sounds like you're sending it back saying the screen went out.

I gotcha. Its was actually very easy to relock, unroot, and go back to stock with correct "flag". Really easy.
