Hi I'm new to the xda forums and I have posted one time before with not one response so I will try this one more time with my new question.
I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-S960L from Straight talk and I see so many different S3's listed but never see my model. Can someone please tell me which forum I need to be in?
I was hoping to get help finding out how I can make my music my notification ringtone instead of these annoying and not very good at alerting me of my reminders, texts, calendar reminders..ect. I haven't my actual ringtone as my music but can't figure out the notifications.
I really appreciate it if I get a response this time.

Try using this app. It is great and you can set notification ringtone the way you want...

Hi guy can someone help me im new to the world of android have the sgs2 rooted etc but can someone tell how to get your sms time as the sent time not the recived it is one of the little pet hate about the phone, have had a look and cant see anything about a fix or is this standered with all android ???
What are you reffering to? The situation when you send a sms and the other part has the phone off and the sms is resent at an interval of time like 1h,6h,1day,1week and maximum? Or are you reffering to schedule sms timer?
In the first case, I think there is no option for that...at least I didn't find it(although I miss it).
In the second case, you solve the problem by installing an app like sms scheduler etc.

In that thread you will find a mod which is flashable with CWM =) Enjoyyy!
since the GB (2.3.3) update, when I receive a text message while playing music it interrupts the music to play the notification sound. Very annoying, is there anyway to get rid of that.
any help with this, at all?
very interested too if anyone could help.

I just did a simple Google search because I didn't know what you were talking about. Maybe if you do the same thing you will find all the different downloads I found.
Don't be a ****. I did as well.
Instead of taking the time out to give evidence to your dickishness, why don't you be a good person and help?

I have searched forums all over the internet and on here and asked this before but now one answered.
Surely I can't be the only one bothered by the fact that when using your device in landscape in a car dock that the incoming call screen and the call screen are portrait this is rather annoying and one of the devs out there must know how to mod the framework for this. Please If someone could help it would be much appreciated.

when i text someone, there response is above the messige i sent them. How do i fix this?
Are you using the pre-installed messaging app?
What version android are you on? I've never seen that before.
Also you might want to change your posted photo because it's showing someone's phone number.
Is your phone clock correct? If yours is a few minutes slow you will be under someone with correct network time.
Also you might want to block out your contacts number in the picture. I doubt they want random phone calls

I have the same error also. I ended up reflashing my rom. If you find a fix, let me know.
