This was on the 1st of June, not sure if they are still running it and it was over the phone only from ATT

This is incorrect.
I literally bought my One 14 days ago, so I got on a Live Chat with an Agent, sent them the link to the At&t site (https://www.att.com/shop/login/login.html?vfpa=true#fbid=kFDK6IfARdf) and they credited me $100 and they are shipping me a White Beats Pill. So...well...yeah. I don't know what to tell you. $99 bucks for both (plus tax of course).
Edit: Just read you said "in-store", so I'm incorrect really. LOL. Either way, I got my One in store and then contacted Live Chat support. So there's that.

I refuse to "speak" with reps at At&t...in store and on the phone, they seem to be mostly terrible...so definitely get on the Live Chat. The last two times I've done that, I've been helped WAY more than any live person has been able to do. Maybe I type "nicer and more polite" than I speak. Who knows. LOL.

Again, I login to my online account and find one of the "chat with a live rep" links. I usually have to go into the Mobile Share plan changes to find the button, but it's around the site in a few spots. I do it that way.

When you login to the live chat, I simply stated I just bought my phone 14 days ago and then got this promo link (then I linked the page I did above) and said I need to know what I need to do to get this deal because I was not told of it when I signed up. I paid 200 dollars for my phone that I can return still (since it's within 14 days) and cancel my service, so please advise. Voila...done.

Short answer is no, unless they are going to only be sold online only and not in stores(VZW Stores) and I really doubt that is happening. Sorry. VZW stores don't receive shipments on Sundays either so no chance.

My best buy told me (as of 11:30am NY time) that they have no release date at all.
Which is better than the other best buys I called last week telling me they had them and would sell on the 24th..
BMX tweeted that this week was a go. I am betting Thursday.
Yesterday I asked someone working at a kiosk in Costco about the TB, he said he had no idea about a release date but did say that Best Buy had 60 days of exclusivity. Waiting an extra 2 months to pick this phone up from a reseller, for what it's actually worth, makes this a definite pass for me.

This may be why Verizon stores also have not received the phones yet. Because they are retail exclusive to Best Buy, the way the Nexus S is on T-Mobile, Best Buy only in stores, or online.

So I went called and asked, they said they can't match the online price even though it's the same company.. But to my point, so I returned it, but went online and ordered one, 6.50 shipping and tax pretty much brings it right back to 2 dollars under $49.99 + tax Chicago, which I think Sprint played us. I think I would have stuck with the $50+ tax to be safe, guaranteed warranty. The few bucks difference from what also sounds shady doesn't do it for me.

I don't know why you would say it sounds shady just because I made an offer. I've sold a number of items on ebay, not a ton, I have a 26 star rating. My username there is snowman_is_melting if you want to send me a note through there. If someone is interested, butconcerned, I'd be willing to look at what I can do to 'prove' myself to you. Heck, depending on the buyer I'd be willing to ship with 50% payment down balance due on receipt. I'm just looking to save a few bucks from ebay, but if I don't have takers I'll sell them there. I've included a pic of the six sealed boxes sitting on my desk that I just took.

It did for me. I was able to apply the Verizon30 discount and choose in-store pickup @ a local shop.
The problem I have now is to determine whether or not I actually want to pay for a device which yet has root and whose boot loader will likely remained locked..

Its a promo code you can use during checkout for 30% off. Saved me $90, however I was not able to choose in store pickup. Should still be here tomorrow morning with free priority overnight delivery.

Placed an order for it online at 9:30am this morning with in-store pickup.
Picked up mine SM-N900VZKE (made in china) at 10:30am at local BB store in Queens NY. Since I am keeping my unlimited data plan I've paid full retail price ($799.99) online then called BB Mobile and asked them to price match it with VZW. They verified thet the price listed on VZN is $699.99 and just credited me back $100.
I also tried to use Verizon30 code on verizonwireless dot com but it didn't work, at least for off-contract phone.
So far I like the phone. I can tell you that the screen is definitely brighter than the one on N2 (which was my primary complaint) and I feel that the sound volume is lower than on old phone. It is 13g lighter than N2 but the speakerphone is not as good.
Now all I need is a root

I've had the MOST DIFFICULT time locating this phone. No one has them except Corporate Sprint (and Verizon) stores, at least in my area. It seems that Best Buy decided this is a phone they will NOT stock in stores...ever. I have called and visited over 5 Best Buy or Best Buy Mobile stores. None of them have it, and none were able to order it. I ordered it from BestBuy.com on release day, with a promised delivery by Monday, November 18. Well, I got an e-mail basically saying it was out of stock, and they expect to receive and ship orders within 30 days. I called Best Buy Mobile and spoke with a representative, who transferred me to a manger to find out more. The manager then called HTC for availability information, but HTC said "You need to call Best Buy." So then I called HTC and spoke with a representative, who transferred me to a manger. They called Best Buy to find out more information, and Best Buy said "You need to call HTC." PATHETIC. Between the two companies, SOMEBODY has to know when these phones will be in stock. And if they knew they didn't have any to begin with, they should have listed "backordered" on the website, and not "Add to cart."
Then today I called Wirefly.com and placed an order with them, and after giving all my information and going through all the steps with the representative, it turns out they, too are out of stock!! I opted for expedited shipping, in hopes to get it before Thanksgiving. But Wirefly.com says they "expect" to have more info on availability within 72 hours, but I don't trust them at all.
What is going on!? Is it just me, or is this the worst HTC product lunch ever!? I've heard (rumor) that they are trying to pull a card from Apple's deck, and create a false sense of demand. I'm a fan, and I've upgraded to a new HTC phone every year for the past 7 years, but I'm no idiot. I know HTC has neither the popularity nor the market share of Apple or Samsung. Not even close. So why is this phone so hard to acquire? For now, I'm going to leave both my BestBuy.com and Wirefly.com orders pending until one of them ships and they confirm it by sending a tracking number, then I'll cancel the other.
Side Note: For those wondering "Why don't you just buy it from the Sprint store?" I want to buy it from Best Buy because they have it for $250, plus they will give me a $50 gift card for upgrading through them, so that results in $200. Also, I like the advantages of the My BestBuy program. Wirefly had them for $200, which I would have been okay with getting it there. Sprint is asking $250, and they seem unwilling to match any of the others' offers. I'm going to try a different Sprint store tomorrow, where I know one of the managers. Maybe he will be willing to match Wirefly.com's offer. I'm tempted to order from Amazon.com, but I fear I will get the same "backorder" nightmare.

It's a Global Phone meaning it has the radios to do it. But knowing verizon it will be locked.

How? I asked to be notified by email of when it was coming by way of the HTC One Max coming soon landing page for Sprint. They did, and the page asked if I wanted to check my upgrade eligibility, so I did, and qualified for the One Up promotion, but it involved setting up an appointment to go into a authorized store. This was on a Friday. I made the appointment for Saturday, and waited all of about 7 minutes and they started the ball rolling.

Got mine. Gun metal grey. Next upgrade. No storage option at purchase so i hope this was the 32gb model. Says its getting ready to ship.

At the bottom of the specs tab on at&t's site, it says 32gb so I'm hoping as well.

Since it was $639 id assume it was 32gb.
I ordered one about an hour ago on my check order status page it says will ship from 3/28 to 4/1 and that is overnight shipping as soon as device is available.

Yep, just got my order confirmation and it says the same thing. This is going to worse than waiting for Christmas
Just ordered mine, had to go through business premier. Because it wouldn't let me order online....., was able to talk them into waiving activation fee and overnight it.

Ordered mine through chat and now I'm not sure what internal storage I got either. But like others I'm not seeing anything about a 16gb anywhere on the AT&T site.

Premier user here also. the website is available for premier to order about an hour ago and i just ordered one with overnight shipping.
i doubt it will be delivered tomorrow but ca't wait. haha

it usually ships ahead of the schedule if the machines is really in stock.
my guess is tomorrow the ship out date.
Is there any word if this will be available in the lighter silver for AT&T? Verizon seems to be the only carrier to have that color so far.
Can anyone confirm this is the 32gb version from ATT.
Mine shipped. Will be here by 3pm tomorrow.
