WIFI Issue
I wanted to let you all know that I figured out what the issue was and when I re-flashed the boot.img my problem went away.
Since I am still a noob I am not able to edit my own post so I needed to post a reply.

Glad you figured it out, I was about to post for you to re-flash the kernel when I saw the subject.

Yesterday i found the thread to root the 4.1.56 then rooting the OTA 4.1.57 on the android deveolment forum. Today it isnt there Can someone post the link to the thread seeing as how i am going to need the instructions cause i will be doing this tom. I think it got deleted or something im not sure any help will be appreciated thank you

There is a variety of threads that cover it. Our you still on 4.1.56? If you can't find it let me know and I can posted on Megan load or another site as I have the zip file.

Hi all,
I know the TripNMIUI-IRIS Gingerbread 1.1.8 has been removed but i love it except for the WIFI, which when turned on the phone goes into a boot loop and i have to do a restore. Does anyone have a fix of some kind for this ?

flash BB49 and don't install custom kernel
thanks, but going back to BB49 is not possible on my phone. I've been trying for months and it doesn't work.
I know that flashing back to an older bb isn't the easiest thing to do, but it is definitely possible! On every x10 it is possible as far as I'm aware

Did you go by any guide to revert back to froyo, or you were just flashing without reading?
I went by the thread reverting back. What happened is some how I lost root so the radio I was flashing wouldn't work. Ended up having to flash the signed radio from Verizon. Sorry for the two posts I was creaking out at the time I did that so wasn't thinking straight. But got it working again and now just have to root it again. Ty for the responses.

....and I did, for this exact issue! Glad you decided to post it; I never would've found it.
Can some one willing to help with TWRP and/or CWM PM me. I need someone to run a flashable zip for me. I have not unlocked my bootloader yet.

First of all, if you can't help the community don't bother with your snide remarks. With that said anyone can open up ANY flash able zip and see what it does and flashes. If you had done this you would notice it doesn't flash anything.
Well, him wanting someone to PM him will PROBABLY be the way he would explain what he is wanting to be flashed to be honest. And I don't see a point in thanking in advance myself but my opinion doesn't and shouldn't matter to anyone here LoL so neither does yours.
