Can you flash with locked bootloader and s-off? - AT&T HTC One (M7)

I've searched and asked in other places but no one seems to have a good answer.

With s-off, your bootloader is unlocked.

Mine is locked.

You are not able to flash a custom recovery and you have s-off????

I haven't tried. I wanna know if I can flash a Rom not a recovery, I already had cwm.

If you have cwm, then you have a custom recovery. And via cwm you can flash custom roms.

HTC Dev unlock?

What are the downsides of using this to root, other than warranty issues? Will anything prevent me from s off in the future? I've never used this method before.

If s-off is achieved, there will not be a problem for you. Just don't accept an OTA, and you'll be good.
So dev unlock keeps the s-on yet allows us to flash recovery and roms?

Unlocked no - sorry. Best you can do is root it, put bootstrap on it, and run one of a few unlocked "ROMs".

YouTube unresponsive

After my firmware update I can't open YouTube. I've tried to wipe cache and dalvik without luck. I've tried to clear all data from the app and the app won't even open. I've tried to uninstall and install without success and it just say unfortunately YouTube has stopped so I'm forced to ask what else can I do.

Flashing the firmware will not insure youtube will work again .. you may have to do a complete wipe and flash a new rom
I know but it's worth trying before wiping!
