As far as I've seen, after checking several forums and web pages, you can -and I already did- root a SM-G313MU (called Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 LTE in my country), but there is no working custom recovery or custom ROMs for it.
Could anyone confirm this or let me know if there actually are any customs available?
Thanks,

Thanks for your reply!
What version of CWM did you install? I can't get any of them to work. (Just to clarify, thats a G313MU, right? Because I know other versions of the 313 have their own ports)

If you can't find any Custom ROM use the Xposed Framework module called GravityBox.
With this module you can customize your system to look like a Custom ROM.

U have to search if there is any cm for u.
Use xda's search option.
Or u have to build or port one by yourself.

Hey guys,
Im going to build a android n rom, but I dont own this device.
For this, I need a tester...
please send me a dm if you are interested.
You should know how to flash files via fastboot and how to wipe in twrp
your bootloader need to be unlocked.

Thanks! I depend on CM features too much to back to stock.
So how is going this Android N? Did you find someone to test your build?
Android 7.1 and deodexed? I'm interesting . TWRP, fastboot is easy ;p
So, basically it's not a problem
But i want a Custom recovery for my J1 but i'm a newbie so i don't really know what the heck do...
So my question is, can anyone do me a twrp or cwm recovery?
My phone is a
Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace
SM-J110L
Dual Core
512mb ram
4gb internal storage
Root: Official firmware
Source code: doesn't exist
It has a prerooted firmware but i want to port (i know port but compile it's two different worlds)
So, if anyone can do me that favor i will really apreciate that...

Thanks to sub77,
we got a booting Android 5.1.1 ROM.
Downloads:
ROM: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347819963
Recovery: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5EVF8f93NAlWUFWeHRjdXFXMkE
What is highly recommended?
DON'T INSTALL G-APPS, OR IT WON'T BOOT
What works?
1.) Charging
2.) Booting
What don't work?
1.) Almost everything
What are some things to execpt?
1.) Lag, Lag, Lag, & Lag
2.) Crashing (A Lot)
3.) Random reboots
Can I look at your Source code?
device tree, marvell trees, kernel, other stuff?

What?
Do you know what compiling a Rom means?
Or do you know what porting a rom from one device to other mean?
If you don't know what either of these mean, then this is not your Rom, i want to contact the developer.

Did I say anything about that I had made this ROM?
On the top I gave 100% credit of who made this ROM, I found it on the internet and I posted it on XDA so everyone can give it a try. I never knew it was going to hurt anyone for me to post a ROM.
All I know, it is the real Android 5.1.1 Lollipop made by sub77.

Hey I just found this post. And see that there will be no development on it... So, may I suggest to try with Oreo (I see @secretwolf98 is working on it). I've heard that is easier to port so it deserves a look!
