Hey guys,
I'm just thinking about CM7 on our 2012 devices (XSola, XU...).
Is it possible to port it?

There was an over enthusiastic attempt. But the OP fled and expected all other developers to do it for him

Okay, thanks The thing is that I'm not a developer (I just can do some design things ) but I also don't want to ask a dev because in my eyes it's a little brazen :/
Stock gb for these devices exists
It would be very good

I'm gonna say no, because it's (for what I read) a cm10 feature. But I haven't tried. GoSMS have this feature and works on GB

Yeah, to be honest most of us seems to be settled unless we get full working ICS/JB.

That's true, but please consider that it makes no sense to port CM7 since not even every new app is compatible with GB anymore. And now everybody is just waiting for ICS/JB. So hardly anybody would keep using CM7 when ICS/ CM9 are out. It would just be unessecairy work. At least I think so.

This is true but it is worth having it even if it is just for the sake of porting stuff like moKee or lewa
Anyway I really like to get one.
If anyone want it to and can do it, please
Anyway no problems

P, U, Sola and friends use completely new hardware. Adding support for that is a big pain, so there's no reason to do that in CM7m

Go Launcher was the best in last year but not now. As the developer updated and updated, the launcher got heavier as it aimed for high devices.

Sure maybe what ever that is but my arc is running on GB so I doubt that I could use that maybe I will put that on my Xperia T but the arc is staying on GB and reverting back the
Timescape widget was the last thing I wanted to do with it .
