how do i post my animated picture from my S4 to facebook. i tried but picture doesn't move when i posted in facebook?

If I shot a picture, there is a small preview picture on the right corner. This will link to the default gallery. Do anyone know how to change this link to (for example) QuickPic?

maybe a simple question but I can not find out how to do.
I have a Rom (latest Turkbey) with a scrollable (left and right) wallpaper but if I choose a picture from the gallary I am getting the lines to choose for one screen .... and if it scolls I have left and right side a black line.
Picture is from my daughter so I have to use somehow a gallary app .... is it?

I have updated my Samsung Galaxy Plus with arcor's CM9,

but since then the gallery is not animate animated gif pictures anymore,
is there a way to toggle it on, or is it generally not working with CM9?
