Hi i`ve got my wt19i and i want to flash MIUI ICS Alpha 5 but i don`t have unlock,root,cwm yet honestly i`ve got new phone :].
I`m confused right now.I want to start but where ? I don`t wanna bricked my phone.So please anyone to say me instruction for me i don`t wanna see pages how i can do that coz i`m idiot :d .Please safety ways thanx guys >] sry for english.
Unlock your phone with wotan server (you need to pay 15€ ) first, it will unlock your bootloader too..
After that, just flash fxp cm9 kernel and install miui from cwm recovery.. simple as that

If you finish with unlock boot loader..
u need to flash your kernel..
Try to search FXP kernel...
Use fast boot with flash tool to flash your kernel..
Ok lets try!!
After this you need to root and instal CWM...Q

Yap, it's normal.. you forgot to format data.. and you need to install the zip file, so you can have the custom rom

When the phone boots, press volume down button until enters on recovery.. then "install zip from sdcard" and choose the miui zip file.. don't forget to "wipe data/factory reset"..

I flashed kernel cm9 ,i was at recovery i choose instal zip from sdcard
it said to me opening udpate package...
E:Cant open /sdcard/update-Miui-live-a.blabla.zip(BAd)

First i upgraded to ics via PCC den i got him to GB to get root then i unlocked it from Sony website through SE Bootloader_Unlocking_Relocking my cell phone got new i mean it was the same type when i removed him frm box
den i was searching for cwm den i installed install-cwm2.cmd bt it showed an error more than one device and emulator den i flashed FXP and i got cwm in it and i try to install custom rom MIUI_GB_2.3.16_Xperia2011_MDPI bt it starts agn frm the orange screen i flashed rage_kernel2.7 same problem den i downloaded more rom HyperbeamNewTimeBase same problem the loading screen of this rom stuck den i tried Speriene Active in this rom i cant see anything bt i can see the power off menu wen i press the lock button now i am stuck wt to do plz guide pplz Plz HELP ME

Are you making full wipe?? Maybe thats the problen make sure you make a full wipe in CWM

Flash rage kernel 3.0
In CWM wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache
Advanced-wipe dalvik cache
Mounts and Storage-format system
After that flash S'perience Rom
And reboot

Okay ... So kernel and baseband are ok ... Can you get into flashmode ? ( vol down + USB = green LED ) ...YOU can flash stock firmware.

get stock firmware .ftf file from XDA and use flashtool. dont need to install kernel separately. Flashtool rocks

U unlocked bootloader? If yes, just search for roms in development section. Read carefully

Make sure you are doing this:
flash the kernel go to cwm wipe factory wipe cache
go to mounts & storage-format system
go to advanced -wipe dalvik
cache flash the rom reboot..
Then make sure that in aroma installer u selec the right phone model and unlocked bootloader option!!!
You can always hit the thaks botton if we are helpping you.

Why did you upgrade to ics if you wanted to install a gb rom? I think problems started there.....
Full wipe = in CWM do factory reset, then go to mounts and storage and select format system, then advanced and wipe dalvik cache.
Then flash rom.
If you keep having problems flash the stock GB fw, then restrt the process again: Flash kernel for the rom you want -> do a full wipe in cwm (you have to format system in mounts and storage!) -> then install the zip.

try flashing CWM again.
if you've unlocked booloader and you have stock recovery
flash a custom kernel like linaro , lupus, PAC kernel, sirkay ,,,,,
if you have unlocked bootloader and have custom recovery
try reflash kernel or flashing some other kernel ..

i need some help! im using neo v rooted and bl unlocked i usually flash so many roms in ma device some of them work some ofthen wont.
my point is nwadays my phne acting lile crazy it automatically downloads apps from google play when i flashd a new rom( aftr
google acount signing in) some times it get stuck when i am opening the apps frm home screen it gets black squares smtimes.. battery suddenly get low(14%) and then it changes without charging it shows about 50% battery charge.. is this coz of flashing so many roms?? anybody have this problems? help me??

I flashed neo v. 587
Rooting
And install cwm
Cos i have used smart xperia rom
Cos this rom need system partition for about 400 mb.. Neo is about 380mb
(requirement for flashing neo v ftf)
Install cwm not fix
E = cant mount cache
E = cany open recovery log
And bla bla

When i just flashed pureness rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1788701 ) (and i followed all the steps except flashing ftf),but when me reboot via CWM, sony logo and pureness animation appear and started looping. How to solve it? I have tried many times to fix it. Can someone help me?

Do u have nandroid backup? If yes then restore it via cwm... If not flash stock firmware ftf using flashtool...

1. Flash stock ics .587 firmware ftf using flashtool & root it
2. Install cwm
3. Now copy pureness rom to ur sd card & reboot into CWM recovery
4. Do the following in cwm
Wipe data/ factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Format data, system & cache ( in mount & storage)
Wipe delvik cache (in advanced)
5. Now select install zip from sd card & select pureness rom.zip & flash it
6. When flashing done reboot ur phone.. Now enjoy...

If u have already repaired ur phone using PCC then no need to flash the whole firmware ftf using flashtool...
for rooting u need to flash only kernel of .562, then root with DooMLoRD's rooting toolkit, then flashback only kernel of .587

No, becoz u have locked bootloader... So u can only flash stock based custom roms which will work with stock kernel...

ICS = Xperia pureness, Revolution ICS HD, Ultimate HD, Viper Xperia
after installing acid audio engine 5.0 my jelly bean xperia p keep restarting,unfortunately my phone contains plenty of tour photos.is wipe data/factory reset will delete my photos.i can't access menu my phone keep restarting.i am using cwm to factory reset.please help me.its urgent.

To refresh rom
You ll need latest flashtool and stock rom ( rom u want to flash)
Download them
Install flashtool download rom extract zip put it in c/flashtool/firmware
Now start flashtool. Connect ur Xperia p by usb to ur pc. Enter in flashmode. Now flash rom by flashtool, select ur rom follow the instruction and rom will be flashed
