Idk I haven't used ur mods never dude.
I used PAC-ROM and after returning to stock I started with this cuz I don't like all black statusbar.
Now I'm up to making another version of it and testing it, taking a lot of time till now...
*Edit: I've looked at your thread. The main differences are the center clock ( which I like in yours when I saw screens ) and the transparent notification drawer, mine is still black, didn't mod that. But I will in new release!

Looking good so far, keep it up....

First screens of TransRed because I finally got the new updater script to work!
Now I'm on V3.2
=> Modded battery icon
=> Modded settings icon
=> Started on notifcation drawer ( a lot of work is yet to come )
Welcome to TransRed.
REMEMBER: this work will not be released until I've tested the complete version. When v4 will come out I'll need some people to test it, these'll get a private download link which is prohibited from sharing with others.
Feedback is always appreciated!

I got the v3.4 to look very good. But I screwed up the v3.5 by erasing the wrong file.
For now I will discontinue TransRed.
My main goal is to perfect the mod of PAC ( Mr.xD97 version ) and my XyanogenWiz projets.

It's a clean fw, no icons crap from my carrier. UBLHP "ARO" (Unbranded).
Anyways, the problem seems to be caused for Ripple Effect (lockscreen water) that I've flashed after this MOD of 'black status bar'. I don't know how to fix that... Look the attached file, when I wanna open a vídeo it displays wrong options (it happens in other circumstances). What it could be? Anyone knows the solution for this?

Have you set the right permissions to
Read-write
Read
Read
?
You must first copy from sd to phone
Then change permissions to what i said
Then replace it to system/app
Then you will get a message: replace the excist one ,tik yes
And reboot
Edit: you must first change permissions and then replace it

I made this mods specially for my new custom rom (which is on testing) but since I'm going to take awhile still to release it and after trying ThilinaC's new Pureness 11.0 rom (which I love) I decided to use with it and see how it worked and I loved the result. So I decided to share with you guys.
Instalation
It's a rar file with the individual apps inside. I didn't made any zip file because I don't know if people want to install the whole pack. So you just install what you want.
Move to system/app with the permissions rw - r - r and voilá!
Credits
ThilinaC for the wonderful systemUI! Thanks Bro!
What does the pack has?
- Browser
- Calculator
- Conversations
- DownloadProviderUi
- GoogleQuickSearchBox
- Market
- Phonebook (will change both contacts and phone look)
- Radio
- SemcCalendar
- SemcCamera3D
- SemcCameraUI
- SemcClock
- SemcNotes
- Settings
- Superuser (SuperSU)
- Torch

Nice dude!
EDIT: Like the fact that i can install what i want
EDIT2: Do you have set of icons installed? It would be nice if you shared those too
This looks really nice from what I can see in the screen shots. My question is, is this mod compatible with the newest ICS firmware 4.1.b.0.587?
Also, are you able to provide a list of the apps contained in the zip file?
Just so I know before I download it
If you are unsure if this will work with 4.1.b.0.587, I am happy to test for you on my Lt15i (KTG 1.41, baseband 77).

Very good question and point!
About the .587 I don't know if it's compatible but I imagine it is since .587 is just an update with a few tweaks. But yes please do test it, please!
About what's in the file, all the apps showed on the screenshots are there but thanks for the suggestion. I will add a list on OP. Another thing...it is not a zip file, It's a "rar" file with individual apps inside. You'll have to push them yourself to system/app.
Thanks

Ok, all done, and everything is working wonderfully
Only one problem...
Now all my other apps don't have sweet new icons
Also worth noting is that some of these apps don't even feature in the new stock firmware like "Torch" and "Notes", so it's good to have them back
A suggestion as well if I may, I'd love to see some more apps done this way for example the new xperia "Album" app.
Also, on a side note. Your status bar and quickpanel in your screenshots....is that available as a flashable mod?

Can you post a link to where I can find the systemui file? Didn't see one in your first post.
ALSO: in the settings.apk, there is still the " Pureness advanced settings" area. Which links to apps I obviously don't have
Any chance of them being removed so is just the stock settings menu items?

[MOD/PORT] Xperia Z Lockscreen [LPZ/LQ4/LQB][21/03/2013][OUTDATED!]

Hello community!
This is a port of the Xperia Z Lockscreen that I made for our device using this thread's guide [PORT][27 FEB] XperiaZ Lockscreen for I9300 & Porting Guide. Check that post for more information.
A simple note, for those who haven't noticed yet :
Today[21/3/2013] I have added the option to change Wallpaper easily. See "Usage" section for info.
One more small note:
I have added a "Thanks goes to" section at the end of the post. Drop these people a "Thanks" if you want. They helped me somehow. Sometimes, even giving a small feedback is helpful. I hope I haven't forgot anyone.

I make flashable zip work. But there is another problem. It gives me bootloop. Lockscreen is shown just after boot, for 2-3 seconds. I can't use it. And after that 2-3 seconds it bootloops. And again it shows lockscreen, then loop. I did cache/dalvik cache wipes, still the same.
I couldn't do logcat because I use CoCore that have removed its module (or what ever it is)
P.S. For next things, here you are flashable zip that you can use. Just put files where they are belong.

That's strange, I am using it all day. And I never had a problem. I made it using LQ4 files, what firmware are you using?

Any touchwiz software is highly dependent on the stock Samsung framework, for releasing a working touchwiz launcher for CM will require a lot of difficult modification of the framework file's(currently I don't think it's possible to mod CM framework to act like the touchwiz framework, but not sure though, the world is a crazy place anything can happen) , anyway I would like to see the S3 port for CM which you mentioned, which most probably could be another launcher which is heavily modded.

I am very impressed with that touchwiz pack it does seem like a valid port of the touchwiz framework with a few other touchwiz apps(even though I still have my doubts) i will give you simple instructions to try and replace the launcher with the required launcher file, first of all download this file, extract it and take out only the file named SecLauncher2.apk(in system/app folder), now extract your touchwiz pack and replace the SecLauncher2.apk(in its system/app folder), re-zip the extracted files(be careful not to zip the folder you extracted to, this new zip should look exactly like the previous one) make sure you have signature check disabled before flashing(only do this if you have signature verification failed error) flash the zip file, now you have successfully flashed the new stock launcher of JB xwlsn. Also since its a CM port it is possible that the touchwiz problem is due to small porting error's or incompatibilities.
Edit :be carefull with this procedure or just refer some guide on creating a flashable zip file and use the SecLauncher2.apk, there are other methods also like pushing via aroma file manager and correcting permissions.

Yes it's RWRR but if you're flashing, the updater - script file (inside the flashable zip) usually should contain the set_perm command which will correct the permissions. Otherwise you should be able to correct permissions from cwm.

One way or another the v2.0 XML editings didn't show up.
So it took a while for me to finally make it work.
In v2.0 nothing showed up again and the UI stayed the same.
These are the changes I made but wouldn't appear:
=> Centered clock
=> Changed clock & battery text color
=> Notifcation drawer black with 25% transparency.
If anyone is able to look into the file and PM me where my mistakes are, ro why it ain't showing any changes, the SystemUI.apk is for download here.

I pushed SystemUI.apk that wouldn't flash into system/app. But it resulted in a bootloop one way or another....
I guess there's something wrong in the .apk file, so the XML-editing has to start from scratch again... FML
Edit;
I've fixed the issue!!!!!!!
V2.0 will be coming sunday or monday. Tomorrow some teaser screens will arrive
