the device version is 2.04, so i have to update to 2.06, then use moonshine to s-off/unlock
but i cannot OTA to 2.04 , always "Checking for new Software available now...",
i also try to download the OTAPkg.zip form http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2236200
but i don't know how to updte.
Help me , i want to unlock and s-off

I have a chinese t328w. Can I update the phone using an RUU from a different region?
If so where can get an up to date RUU from?
When using the RUU do I need to unlock the phone?
If I use the european RUU will the phone OTA update? (live in UK)
If I use the latest RUU does it stop me installing custom roms?

on my phone? or would I end up bricking it or not work?

I need a RUU for this version of stock rom with radio 1.10, because I've update my phone via OTA, and that changed my radio and hboot. Now my old RUU for 1.71.1402.4 and radio 1.08 is useless for returning to stock. Also I wasn't carefull and I deleted wrongly my nandroid backup
So, if someone have or find a RUU for last chinese update please tell me where I can get it.
Or if someone have a CWM backup with this stock version I'll take that too.

Hello, I have HTC ONE M8 AT&T but my carrier isn't AT&T ,so previously i was on 4.4.2 than 4.4.4 released and i downloaded RUU from HTC official site and updated my phone without phone , just now i contacted HTC suppor to ask when Lollipop update will be released for AT&T , so he said i can install Lollipop update for unlocked versions which is released and i won't have any problem ? Please anybody help me will it really work ? Phone is RELOCKED

If your phone's CID is for at&t and you're s-on there's nothing you can do. Your options would be to pay for sunchine s-off and flash de lp firmware and one of the LP roms around. Once you're s-off you can either change CID to some other carriers with LP or unlocked and get that update. Or you can do what I did to get LP. Once you're on 4.4.4 get a custom recovery and flash viper Rom. It's LP and works perfectly.

Moved here as this does not belong in the Development Section, read the Forum Rules on posting....
I highly doubt it was told to you that you could install the developer ruu on an ATT device,wont work as cid is not same. Best option is if soff change cid to BS_US001 and then you can flash the developer build and not have to wait on ATT builds.

I have a droid DNA with software number 4.09.605.5
I want to install another ROM, so I paid for sunshine and I was able to S-off and unlock the device.(the device is currently unlocked and s-off) but there is not recovery in order to install a new ROM, I'm neither know how to do the root process. can Any one help? PLEASE?

Software Version is 2.6.651.11 ...
Can I install a international firmware to this Device ?
Or is there any way to convert it to international version ?

no u cannot...you can only flash firmware for the sprint m9...if u want to use internationally, you'll need to sim unlock, see @stifilz thread HERE

Can't be done without unlocking bootloader. You can use HTC Sync to update to latest official ROM for your device; it will flash the current ROM from your workstation. Note that doing so will wipe your device.
If you want to run anything other than stock, you need to unlock bootloader. The only way to unlock bootloader is with Sunrise, and that costs $25.
