and hows your user experiene with one of these? are they trustful?
I think so I havnt found an app that tells you mAh but I've noticed a hell of a difference in battety life, if left with little to no usage its lasted well into 4 days without needing charge and with my line of work I have my music playing all day from 8am to 6pm and still have 30% battery left so I recommend it but by the looks of it nowhere are selling them now I inly got mine about 6 months ago ill have a further look to see if I can find them

Hey guys, I'm back again with another deal. I was searching on e-bay, & came across this

I zoomed in as much as I could to inspect the battery, & compared the pic with a 4000mah battery I bought from seidio.com, it looks like the real deal, so I ordered one, hope it ships fast so I can let u guys know if it's real/legit
if it is, damn. i paid double that for mine.
still worth it

What's up mike, yeah I questioned that too. Before I made the purchase I expanded the item pic, & zoomed in as much as possible, I could barely make out the 4000mah. I zoomed in on my phone, & laptop but couldn't get too close cuz' the picture quality wasn't too good, plus the fact that it's wrapped in plastic didn't help much either. I'll let u guys know when I get it

Awesome news guys! I just got my battery in the mail today, & it is a 4000mah extended battery. I was kinda' stressing for a bit considering the price I got it for, & the sketchy info/details the seller wrote. She e-mailed me shortly after I purchased it & apologized for any inconveniences due to the info, she was selling the battery for her father. Aside from all that, I got my battery in full seidio retail packaging, just like my holster, & universal extended battery charger, I couldn't be any happier

Yeah, she's selling the battery for her father, so she doesn't know the size of the stock battery, she assumed the original was the 4000mah size. I got the battery today, & it's the real deal

Hi
Anyone tried the QCell X-Life 5600mAh battery?
http://www.amazon.com/QCell-Samsung...1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1339607284&sr=1-1
Looks like they have a 4150mAh and also 5600mAh and this is OEM grade. Anyone can comment?
Thanks
Ill try it. What is the back? The kind with the battery butt, or is the entire back large? I'd prefer the entire back. If that's the case I'm willing to give it a go

I'm going to have to say the battery butt, because I bought the Q-Cell 4150 mAh extended battery and it looked exactly the same as the one listed above.
As for the battery it self however, I'm a bit skeptical about the amount it has stored within.

I ordered two of these extended battery and neither of the back covers fit. Also, the package does say 5100mAh instead of the 5600mAh that is listed on Amazon website. I called Amazon about this and they are checking on it.
Still is this battery any better than the other ones out there that state "5400" mah? That's what I would live to know?

There are several of the 5x00 batteries out there. I bought the <$10 and have been very satisfied with its performance. I used Juice Offender on it to drain it and it lasted 5 hours with flash on, white screen on bright, vibration going, CPU maxed out, wifi/BT turned on. Quite impressive.
The fact that the common complaint of the back not fitting leads me to believe these are all likely coming out of the same chineese factory with a different label being placed on them. $10-$20 for a decent multiday battery is hard to complain about.
As for the back not fitting...
snap top side in. Slide fingers down the back from top to bottom clicking the tabs in. It will likely take a few tries but you can usually get it to click in securely if you do it just right, almost massaging from top to bottom. If you just push on the bottom it kinda clicks in until you let go then pops out. Mine did the same thing and I was ticked about it until I found others explaining how you have to mess with it a bit, GOOD LUCK!
Hey all
Just wondering if anyone knows of an extended battery that is no larger than twice the size of an original stock battery...reason I ask is I have a case which I like to use but doesn't accommodate the normal 5000 to 5200mAh extended batteries you find on eBay..they are much thicker...only one I have seen that is this size I need which is approximately 1cm thick is the mugen power but that battery is way overpriced...if anyone could help me find a cheaper alternative would greatly appreciate it...thanks

My 2700 Anker made a noticeable difference. The phone was only a few months old when I got it so I'd guess the stock battery was fine.
This one actually fits (does not need a bulky battery cover) and is 3030 mAh for only $5.60 with free shipping!!!! http://dx.com/215304
I've been using it for several months now and i'm HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY with it!!!! (But I still carry the original fully charged in my pocket because sometimes I just use my Note too darn much while spending a day away from home. Even with GPS/Wi-Fi off and power saving mode and automatic brightness and auto-rotation off, and all redundant background apps frozen, etc., I still end up going through a full charge sometimes, though seldom, thanks to this high capacity battery. Must be the LTE 4G data link draining it.)
This battery fits both the i9220 and i717
I've heard a lot of the battery's are fakes ...

I agree and am equally as skeptical. They are fake in that the posted mah probably isn't 3030. But I have heard they are indeed larger than the stock battery...just not the posted 3030mah. may be somewhere around 2700 to 2800 mah. Of course this is just what I've heard from a friend.
But if someone can post some proof of better battery life with these things than that would be appreciated
ill be buying one friday and i have to get a new charger port and tool repair kit cause i believe my charging port took a ****t on me lol will report back once all is done probably a week honestly ..cheers

No way these can be worth a crap, right? I mean, $7???
I have found the original note 2, s2, and s3 batteries for about $4 a piece if you order from Samsung (Korea) directly
I ordered these today and although they are not NFC enabled, when at conventions where I am on my phone for over 14 hours straight without charging it, anything that allows me to use my phone will work. Hopefully these aren't crap and only last an hour.

this. buy a $750 phone and drop a $7 battery in it doesnt quite make sense to me. i canceled my order.
I bought the Onite set up like this for 12 dollars and they worked better than the Samsung battery on my Note 2. So this isn't so crazy. I think I will wait a bit before ordering and see if Onite comes out with the same thing. The Hyperion for $35 seems a little expensive.
It's probably this cheap because they order a bunch, but who knows. I pre-ordered some. If it sucks, then it sucks. Otherwise, a good deal.

My personal experience with 3rd party extended batteries has been wide ranging from having a winner to getting ripped off. Personally I have only found 3 brands that I trust other than Samsung; Anker, Hyperion, and AceSoft. I didn't realize it until searching that AceSoft has their own store online that actually had better deals than people selling their batteries on eBay. I ordered one of the 3660mah NFC capable batteries. I will try to post a thorough review here when I get it including testing the nfc capability.

Curious if this is really 3660. If my stock battery usually lasts 24 hours, am I correct in assuming this would give me an additional 3-4 hours?
Edit
I noticed that on Amazon it says that these batteries are 3300. I guessing that is more realistic, since 3660 seemed too good to be true.
I don't know if the one I bought is the same as the ones listed on Amazon as 3300mah. I sent a message to AceSoft asking them about it. If the battery doesn't perform at least a little better than stock and I am going to contact them about a refund as I can get the 3300mah cheaper on amazon. If it performs like it should so that I won't be retuning it, I will peel the paper and look to see of the mah is stamped under it. I was going to do that first but they have a one of those tags on the paper seam so they can tell if you have broken the seal.
Update: The person I contacted at AceSoft stated that they have both the 3300mah and the 3660mAh batteries.
I'm also very curious as to the battery improvements of this battery.
