1st of all thanks 4 your time.. any comments or opinions are apreciated...
OK so after flashing to many different ROMS i experienced some camera issues (Front camera stopped working).. so decided to go back to full Stock so what I did was:
-Downloaded and Flashed Stock 2.3.4 Tmobile ROM: http://d-h.st/8pm
So now on my bootloader it says:
*** UNLOCKED ***
RUBY PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT-1.90.0004
eMMC-boot

Also
-Baseband Version:
1.07.550L.04DC_30.64.550l.07d
-Kernel Version:
2.6.35.13-g19a3d1a
Currently everything works fine except for the camera.. Im still having the same issue.. Did I miss a step?? how can I Fully Restore my phone?? Thanks a lot everyone..

Thanks 4 your answer... Nope.. im pretty sure its not a hardware issue... I think I may have forgot to do something... maybe you know a way to fully restore to stock??? thanks...

You'll need the stock RUU zip on the root of your sd card and flash through the bootloader. There are tutorials for doing this here at xda

If your camera is still not working after flashing an RUU then I'm 99% sure it's probably a hardware issue

That sucks.. I bought this phone 2 weeks ago on ebay... and everything was working great.. problems appeared after rooting and flashing some Sense 4 Roms... So if it really is a hardware issue how much do you think will cost a front camera repair or whatever is damaged?? lol..

It came unlocked?? Means it's a 2nd hand phone which means the previous owner mite have screwed the front camera and fixed it?? Remove the back door and checked the screw holes if the warranty void sticker is removed, well you have your answer then

I've got the same message on my EVO. My battery was low as well, so I get the low battery, but it's only a firmware update. I doubt it's Jelly Bean. I've plugged my phone in and will wait to see what it is. I'm rooted with same version stock..
Did you guys do the contact app update from a few weeks ago? Maybe its that, I don't know.
I got some update that I did not approve this morning. I just had the message that my phone had been updated successfully. I'm running meanrom 4.8. After quickly looking around, I could not see anything different with the software.
I'm curious what this is too.

If it was to fix the LTE connection issue it didn't help my phone.
Edit: But if it was to try and fix the issue, that would be a good sign.

A few days ago, my phone acted like I was trying to update profile or prl(went to a black screen with a dialog that said something about an update, I was tired) and said something like "no firmware update found". I just updated my radio firmware recently, before that update, I wonder if Sprint is forcing the phone to search for a firmware update? But in my case, I already did it manually.

I think you guys are out of luck for the time being because the OTA only seems to download from VZW not over WiFi
Just fly to the US. Visit a Verizon store, and ask kindy too use demo sim to get update.
Ok, just kidding. Many somehow get root explorer and place the otapkg.zip in cache to see if that works

I posted it in the rom section. Maybe if it pure stock, just rooted and placed it in cache/fumo it might work. That's where I pulled the file from after it downloaded.

Found it thanks... But sadly not rooted the phone yet maybe I don't want to root the phone I think my only option is to wait for the ruu or travel to the US by the way I tried to get the update by putting the vzw micro sim that came with the phone but still nothin... It's curious that had signal in roaming but no luck anyway my interest for the update is to try the new radios does the update really improves the HSPA performance???
update
Already got these Full Wipe. When it can simply be updated?: Плачу:: Смущен:

T-Mobile ROMs

It looks like there aren't any ROMs based on the T-Mobile formware on any of the forums. Are y'all getting the same data speeds on the international ROMs? Is there a tmobile radio to flash?
You should be able to flash any in the HTC One Forum. Our device is the M7 so you should have no issues. Only problems some people have been seeing is from ATT so far with roms that don't have the proper RIl files and this is believed to cause the radio to switch from E, H, and LTE chronically.

thanks, i wasnt sure if our device was M7 or not.
stupid question, but does flashing the roms on the international one forum **** up the radio?
Only if the ROM includes the radio. As far as I know, no one is including radios in their ROM's. I would personally hold off flashing any radio until we get a flashable zip, RUU, or other means to go back to the shipped radio. Some users are having issues with the WWE radio on Tmobile and ATT. Some may think it's just the rill files too.

Yah that's the one bummer about non T-Mobile ROMs. It's impossible to get WiFi calling working. Has to be a T-Mobile based ROM.

It's the same thing after you unlock the boot loader and have a custom recovery
The only thing is you have to flash the kernel manually

I mean, the "you can sort of unlock the bootloader but you can't have S-OFF" is obnoxious but it isn't any easier to bring your phone--if anything, the limitations placed on operations done in recovery make it harder to actually brick your phone since the boot and recovery images are normally flashed in fastboot.
But yeah, Nexus phones are much kinder to tinkerers. News at 11.

Yeah, that's what I did too. Only mildly sad to give up wifi calling; I never go over on minutes anyway.
Can't wait until there's T-mo specific roms. I get absolutely crap reception in my apartment and NO reception at work, so i desperately need wifi calling.
What we need is a good all around android dev /Rom chef to dedicate there time to our branded HTC one.
I hope Roms aren't gonna be generic forever leaving us with partially set up Roms/ having to flash radios constantly and whatnot !Never knowing what's compatible and what's not .
If that's the case I foresee a lot of angry people and jtag sales in the future .
I'd give it a month or two before we have a few 2-4 dedicated tmo HTC one roms 100% ready to flash and go just for us only .
