need help with my phone

whenever i flash stock oringinal rom this always happens...
tried it with android 4.0 and 4.1 jellybean MB1 & MB2 using odin 3.07
i also tried updating it via kies it updated it to ME2 but still it has this overlay.. no lockscreen and no power options
i already searched for a day and found no solutions.. its similar to factory mode on the s3 and note but their solution does not seem to work
since imei/keystr and factoryapp/factorymode are already set to ON

Then this....
The tab works just fine but this is very annoying. Right now i am running Stock 3.1 w/touchwiz. I've also tried Bonsai's ROM, Calkulin's stock w/touchwiz, and slow tried Stock 3.1 no wiz. Please someone tell me how can i fix this .

I didn't get that with any of the stock ROMs but do get it using Bonsai. I wouldn't worry about it, doesn't seem to affect anything. Once the official Touchwiz comes out you can just install that and it'll probably go away.
I have searched for hours and still cant find a way to update my phone. I'm only writing this as a last resort here so i'm hoping you guys will help me.
I first updated it to ICS from GINGERBREAD using Kies but when I tried to update it to 4.1 it gives this error in Korean.

I tried using ODIN but that didn't work as well, I keep on getting "Complete(Write) operation failed" error. Tried different USB cables/ports and several version of Odin, even re-downloaded the firmware package but no luck.
Some help would really be appreciated.

I recently got my no.1 s3 smart watch.
I dosent have a hebrew language support, and as know i need to updafe to C version frimware.
I know all the steps i need to do to update it with the flash tool and i did tried to do so...
BUT, when I enter the download mode and connect the watch i get an error that i didn't saw it on the net

Hello guys, I tried to root my phone and something went wrong and my phone stopped booting and stopped going into recovery menu etc.

Bootloader don't allow for downgrade so you'll have to flash same or higher firmware version that was previously on the phone.
I've been looking for firmware on the web for my S3 I9300 all day, but I've got poor results.
This morning, I turned on the phone and read error (img.1); I connected the phone with kies but did not change anything; as a result I tried with Odin3 but every time with every type of firmware it gave me error (img.2).
I downloaded "everything": samsung usb drivers, firmware, ... but I'm still at the starting point.
Someone, gentilmete, would have firmware, tips, guides to fix the problem of my S3 GT-I9300.
