Friends, any news on update/upgrade of Android-4.0.4(Icecream Sandwich) to Android-4.1.*(Jelly Bean) for the above mentioned Tablet???

I recently bought a tab of SATC Company Model T1 from Saudi Arabia, it has 1 GHz Processor 1GB Ram and running on Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) i m still unable to root that and i also want to upgrade this device to Jelly Bean.

the android os is android 4.1.1, please donwload the attached file
it will guide you how to upgrade to 4.2.2

Hi guys . I have a AllWinner A31S tablet with 4.2.2 but the manufacturer (portuguese brand called Growing) dont have any updates. The Telclast P88s has the exact same specs and i tried the offcial 4.4 of P88s on my tablet but i got a black screen on boot.
Its possible to port the 4.4 Teclast rom to my 4.2.2 tablet ?
My tablet is Growing GTQ818
