i am on jb 4.1.2 i am rooted also last night i messed around with some files and got frightened and did a factory reset all things are working but my wifi is acting kinda wierd its in a loop ones switched on its in a loop and it neither switches off or on
plz help i think some libs or something like that is missing but can't fig it out
can some one plz help me as its my fathers phone and he's at the verge of killing me plz help
If you messed up with some system files, then factory reset will not help. to restore system files you'll have to reflash the ROM.
I exactly had the same problem... I had decided to go to service center..at last I just flashed samHDV2 ROM AND...WHOA!IT STARTED WORKING.

Hi,
I have a weird problem with my Galaxy S.
Every week or so my phone starts going mad,all apps go FC and on reset it starts boot-looping.
That problem is only solved by factory reseting(every time).
I tried everything,tried changing the ROM(had PilotX then MIUI GB now MIUI ICS),
tried wiping SD card,flashing GB to 2.3.6(had 2.3.7) and installing everything all over but nothing works!!

No OC what so ever,and the phone didn't go mad at some point,it is going like this every week or two,and when i data wipe/factory reset it goes back to normal.
Thing is,i didnt do anything extensive with my phone,and tried to format SD,format to GB,put different kernels,different ROMs,nothing works!
i think your proccesor has hung up its only functioning as desired when u have soft formatted ie clean less apps data etc but with due time when it increases it isnt able to handle....i dont find any other reason for the behaviour as all the other choice have been ruled out....how old is your phone"?

Somedays back My phone just got stuck at the boot animation... So I restored it to its factory rom: upai_n9880I stock rom: 20120804_e1811_v75_jbaol1_g88. But when I went using the camera, the camera was inverted and if I turn in to lanscape, it would rotate but get inverted like in portrait mode. Now the games were also working flipped... The guy in Temple run now turns right if I tilt to the left and so forth.
So I tried flashing the phone with Taiwan upai N9880_ICS_V.01... but the issue remains. I tried reformat the flash and re-installed Taiwan Rom... the issue remians.
Can someone let me know how to fix it. I am new to all this and want to get it fixed if possible

I have a samsung galaxy young s6312. My phone has stock android 4.1.2 jellybean. I rooted it with framaroot using gandalf exploit. Its been 2 days since I rooted my phone, and it has freezed four times in these two days. By freezing, I mean that when I am playing a game, it suddenly stops responding and the screen goes black. I have to take the battery out and reinsert it. This never happened to me with my non rooted phone. Anyone facing this issue?? Plz tell me why I am facing it and how can I solve it....

I am facing same problem since I rooted my phone. In the last 2 days it has been freeze 2 times. It didn't behave like that when it was not rooted.

Have you tried booting into recovery and doing a factory reset. You should also try clearing the Dalvik cache in recovery as well.
Actually what solved my problem was flashing the stock rom again. I was tired of having to do a battery pull every few hours. So I decided to flash stock firmware and see if it solved the issue. So I flashed XXAMG1 4.1.2 firmware to my device and rooted it(with Framaroot). No issues since, now my phone doesn't freeze. So I might recommend flashing XXAMG1 Jellybean 4.1.2 firmware to ur device if u have the same issue as mine.
Problem is not wit rooting guys!
The problem is wit d superuser app.!
Install "super Su" app n remove "superuser" app..!
Mine fone used to hang 5-6 times a day.
Bt replacing superuser app solved my problem...

Hello sir. I am in a big trauble with my samsung galaxy E120 k. It is rooted and running in cwm recovery. As it is a korian phone there are a few number of custom rom i found but non of them fully stable and 100% bug free. So i am running with stock rom with variety of customization by xposed module. But suddenly yesterday my lockscreen has vaniahed!! Not only this, in addition with this in every boot bluetooth automatically goes on and screen time out seted at 10 minute and most serious peoblem is powwr menu also vanished , holding power button leads to switch off directly instead of appear power menu where reboot, user profile, shutdown are suppose to listed. I can not solve this even after fully wiped data, reset factory setting and restored previously backuped stock rom. Nothing works. I tried every possible way i known. I searched google a huge bt got nothing.

Hello all, i m using xperia z2 since one and a half year. Six months before i also rooted my phone and have been using niabocs existenz rom. All was smooth until yesterday i dont know what has gone wrong with bluetooth. It can receive files but i m not able to send any file to another phone. Weird thing is i can send and receive both using my windows 7 laptop.
I have tried clearing bluetooth share data and restarted phone many times. But it just gives me a message file not send. I haven't done any updates or added any sort of app after which this cud have happened.
My doubt goes in the settings but i dont knw where. I can try to flash the rom or factory reset again. But i thought if someone knew what is wrong can help me before i reset it...
