I'm looking for a good app to back up and and mms messages for when I switch between roms. Does anybody use one you would recommend?

I use mybackup pro to back up my sms, mms, apps etc. Works great!

You can flash a new rom or restore a nandroid backup if availiable for ur device

Assuming you're speaking of the Touchwiz messaging app, it can't run on an AOSP rom.

SMS Bombers are basically apps that spam text messages.
As for finding one your on your own unless someone else wants to supply one... but, as I say to my friends if you don't even know what it is maybe you shouldn't have it.
