hello everyone
here i present you a collection of SystemUI which modded by me for my personal use originally. and thought sharing them with community members since i got all the knowledge from here too
I'm still in early stage of modding so there maybe issues. so please bear with me and share your knowledge with me and the rest of members.
and i learned all those modifications by non other than good friends that share there knowledge here. only difference with my this thread is that the end user can get it straight from whatever they like from my collection
ideas / suggestions / complains always welcome
Big thanks goes out to following guys for there guides for modding..:good:

since many friends ask about the font i use i'm uploading not only 1 but 205 fonts !! just for u
but its difficult to put images of them. so once u download the folder just double click on a front. it will open and u can see how will it looks. so u choose the best one for yourself.
i will give u a useful hint how to keep your favorite front every time u flash ur ROM.
rename your selected front to Roboto-Regular.tft and move to system/fonts and correct permission and reboot. and when ever u download a ROM to flash first move ur favorite front to the same directory ( after renaming it to Roboto-Regular)
also u can increase some system space by deleting unwanted fronts form the system/fonts folder too
btw my favorite fonts is called VeggieBurgerMed
have fun

Nice theme, but I find that whenever I on data using the quick toggle, there will be this pop up, quite annoying when you're rushing. Is there anyway to remove it?? I was using another theme and it doesn't have this popup to enable data. Thanks in advance

For the lock screen, rename the UxpNxtLockScreen.apk in system\app into UxpNxtLockScreen.apk2 or similar.
You will see the original Android 4.0 lockscreen then.
I used another Launcher. There are many ICS-like launchers, but be aware: Nova Launcher is ****.
I used Apex and i liked it.

I think this isn't set in the SystemUI.apk, since it only has the icons and fonts of the system, not the behavior. Maybe you could send me the name of the creator of your theme without popup. (I also HATE it :crying

Both if its okay... But you don't need to rush bro can wait.
In framework I suggest based on ICS (like Pureness has) not in JB what most ROMs have now.
We all know that MIUI is really beautiful in orange theme I think other users will appreciate it not just me.
You might make a blast bro if the project is pushed through.

Reverting to Stock Battery
In case you don't like the battery mod, here are the stock battery for both Odexed and Deodexed versions to revert to to stock.
Thank you very much for this! Nice to be able to tweak the statusbar a bit.
Could you also post the original battery icon and clock in case we would like to revert? EDIT: you beat me to it lol
And besides this I'm wondering if it's possible to have JB icon pack and colour for battery, signal, date and time etc. So it would be more like a JB statusbar I know you're a Sense man but it wouldn't hurt for the ones who like the stock Android looks.

You have to point me to how it look actually and will see if I can do anything about it. But a full status bar requires more than one apk mod, it involves some framework modification.

I know we have to edit SystemUI.apk to change the clock and date text colour in res/layout/statusbar.xml, at least this worked in ICS. Replacing the icons might be done with 7zip. In the past I tried to change the Sense (ICS) notification bar to stock ICS and this worked more or less. Replacing the battery icons to the ones with numbers like you posted caused me trouble. However I would like to try the same trick for JB. If you could point me in the right direction it would be great.

What you said is correct.. you can try it first as it works the same principal for both ICS and JB. About the battery problem, you can use any of the SystemUI.apk with 1% battery increment then replace all the 204 battery icons. If you want with no %, then use the stock SystemUI.apk, there are 36 icons and only change those with green color.
You give it a try, any problem shoot me a PM with your work and I'll try to fix it.
can't make it working on Sense.Revolution+.R2 Rom (which has some childish status bar icons in my opinion).
flashed several zip files from above, but the statusbar it's like before. every operation was successfully done...
idk where i mistake...
back to a not so good solution : statusbar+ (which takes half of the clock after scroll) until i get a better one from your part.
ps: dalvik cache cleaned... still no.

Download v5 white http://www9.zippyshare.com/v/93104433/file.html
Installation
Save it to your sd card, rename it to "SystemUI" and with root explorer copy/cut it to system/app and reboot
Credits goes to Adi Aisiteru Reborn for his tutorial for adding brightness slider http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2268252
I recommend to use transparent editions with dark apps cause your status bar will be nicely themed...it's unreadable with light apps
Also, it looks weird on lockscreen but you can use similar or same wallpapers for desktop and lockscreen to improve visual style (only with transparent editions)
>>>POISON MODE<<<
Well guys, I really like red color so I made something red lol, and I will share it with you, hope you like it

Instalation:

3. apply red theme
4. reboot in recovery, mount system, flash the zip, wipe cache and dalvik cache
5. reboot
Unfortunately, it's nice only with red theme Also, status bar is transparent red so if you wanna different color or transparency you can tell me
If you use this on other devices please tell me if it works or not cause I can fix it if necessary
You wanna this Sony logo?
NOTE: This is only for dark versions!
1. extract your systemUI.apk from system
2. decompile it using this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1814441
3.download attached Sony_logo.zip and extract it
4. copy these two png's to the drawable-hdpi folder of your decompiled systemUI.apk
5. now recompile it using again this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1814441
6. rename it to "SystemUI", push to the system/app and reboot
That's all!!

Edit:- 15/07/13
Sorry for spam but we can easily change those png's by using root explore!
As follows :-
1)Be holding on systemUI
2)You will get option to extract,*permission...Etc......
3)Press extract!
4)Then you will find extracted files in SD/speedsoftware/extracted/*here*
5)Now change png's!
6)Press zip this File!
7)After it is zipped rename
===SystemUI.zip to SystemUI.apk===
Now push this to system/app nd give proper permission nd reboot!

Wow nice job mate!
But one suggestion!
Give two versions one with full transparent nd one 50% transparent!
Then It will be good! Coz many people like half transparent
Anyways Thanx for this!

no plans right now - its hard with different frameworks and layouts as you get many force closes before you get right and I dont know if the smali files work with cm7
all Iv done is used spacecakers smali files for the layout which you can find on his guide to 4.2.2 status bar for gingerbread
Thanks man! I've been waiting for this for a long time. is it possible to change icons of the statusbar? Thanks again.
Thumbs up. :good:

No - I didnt find time to find a way to put lidroid or a cm7 style power widget in it
im sure there is a way but I dont have time to sit down for hours working it out so the toggles you see in the screenshots are the only toggles available
there are apps on the playstore that can give you extra toggles if required
edit - if you mean change the png icons of the status bar then yes - they are all in res/drawable-mdpi

statusbarservice.smali
Decompile miniroms systemui.apk
And then open
ststusbarservice.smali with notepad+

Once you find it copy the whole field
And paste in aosp statsbarservice
Then again search for powerwidget
And copy that whole line to a

flash the origional status bar back first before you flash another status bar -- you may have signature problems - specially if you edited the manifest

I dont know exactly what you have done - normally status bar justs not showing without force close is a signature issue
Me too i tried to edit statusbar it dissapears when checked on logcat it says signature verification.
Dont know whats thd problem.

I think Iv worked out what you have done
you need to fully boot the aosp rom before you flash the status bar mod
if you flash the status bar mod at the same time as flashing the rom zip without fully booting it first the status bar will vanish
you can probably avoid this by disabling signature varification in the framework.jar I think or theres some other patch that patches some file to disable signature verifcation so you install different system apps with different signatures
there is an app that can disable signature verifcation but I cant post it or name it here
