Telling someone running an ICS ROM to follow a tutorial which involves flashing a GB kernel is pretty high up there on the fail-o-meter.

the rom will take care of the baseband on its own..

1. No u dont post update. There will be an official jellybean update. No, there is not any Jellybean custom ROM yet.
2. No, the phone wont be routed.
3. Kernel is the code which links the OS with the hardware.
