Browse the themes and apps section, and not sure why you think you need to unlock the bootloader, all you need is root.
From me to you.

Hello
I want to install the CyanogenMod 7.2 for the Xperia Mini Pro:: V7.2 (16 Jun 2012) from the thread http://download.cyanogenmod.com/?device=mango&type=stable
Any one know if I have to Unlock my BootLoader first? or will it work in a locked BootLoader?
Thanks
U need to unlock your bootloader to flash cm

You must unlock the bootloader to flash anything not from Sony. I used the test point method to unlock the bootloader and so I still have DRM. It's a bit complicated but worth it.

ok
what rom you advice me to flash?
I'd try real ics lite or MiniCMSandwich.
Minicmsandwich looks like a vanilla rom, so it's got a nice Design.
Just scroll around in development section and Open some threads. There is written, if it's for Locked Bootloader, too.
If you like miui you could install HasaMIUI, as far as I Know it's for Locked Bootloader, too

can someone link me on how to root this device im not sure if its the same way i did
for my mimi.
and what do you suggest is the best kernel/rom for this device? (stable)
i honestly want to get the most of it. thanks for the help in advance.
I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN TRYINT TO ROOT IT SAYS IM IN MTP MODE, and i dont know how to disable that seems like its by defautl
Just look in this section for an gbrocks and flash it it stock modified gb rom and work great and its also prerooted.
P.S. wrong section pal, it should be in Q/A section, and in future just use search button on this forum coz its been answerd a lot of times

First of all wrong section, you may put in the Q & A section,
Secondly there is no rating for custom kernels/ROMs, every development is best in its own unique way !
Use search for rooting methods

You may require unlocked boot loader for rooting GB

Look at that page !

THANKS I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY ROOTED AND UNLOCKED MY PHONE
now im trying to install CWM but on that page it shows only CWM for ICS
im running ANDROIDN 2.3.7
i tried it and when i turn off phone i rapidly prass vol down and shows the blue green blue light but then it goes back to sony logo and starts normally
Now as you have unlocked your boot loader you can flash custom kernels, most of them have pre installed CWM.
Check for GB ROMs in the development forum.
Or CM9 ROMs are pretty smooth and simple, you may flash stock ICS (ftf file) and flash a CM9 ROM.

I have this problem, Rooting status allowed: No
How can i fix it? I want to install custom kernels and CM9 based Roms
I saw tutorials ( Unlock bootloader)
But i need Rooting status allowed: Yes...
Please help me
Note: i have rooted LWW with Stock based Rom (Xperia T, bond edition)

There are many threads about that problem and there's no way to solve it
Could it be your phone has a simlock? The only chance is to unlock via Wotan which is paid and we can't promise that it'll work

u cannot install icon on stock launcher cause it doesn't support 3rd party icons...
thr s just some few colors and buttons that u can change on xperia themes
u need to install custom launcher
OR
have flashable.zip of L icons to flash through recovery (need to have unlock bootloader)
:good:

There's really no need to unlock bootloader just to flash something from recovery...
I didn't get OP but if you are referring to navigation bar icons that could be changed through xposed modules, themes or systemUI.
If you are referring to app drawer and home screen icons that could be changed (also) through xposed module (Unicon)
We can easily root any Xperia firmware with easy root (15 seconds job) and install recovery.
No need for unlocking bootloader for something trivial like that...

Not sure which icons you are referring to. But these threads might help in getting your phone to have the Android L look:
