I'm assuming you both haven't used the Xperia Z launcher before. You need to flash some files first. I'll provide them when I can.

The Folder background is different right?, I saw different home_folder_folder.png in xhdpi and hdpi, the one on hdpi seem to be the old one since Xperia T's launcher.
Anyway since this is just a themed launcher of an old home launcher ver which work for ICS (5.1.S.0.0), some bugs like theme option force close or some icon in appdrawer occasionally become unpressable and slow down transition speed still persist right?

Nice find, didn't see that the first time. I'll edit it for hdpi.
And yes, there are still the same bugs that persisted in the original version.
Updated with new folder design (thanks palkia 171993) and couple other tweaks. Download is now attached to OP. Includes files necessary to make the apk work if you haven't used the Xperia Z Home before.

New Clock Widgets!
Updated ClockWidgets.apk to match the Honami clocks:
The second hand on the analog clock, numbers on the digital clock and dots on the binary clock will all change depending on what accent (SemcGenericUxpRes.apk) you have installed. The fonts in the zip are required for the plain (white) digital clock. Only small bug is that the app icon for the widget is not the correct icon, but it shouldn't matter because you won't see it anyway.

Clear data in Settings>Apps for Xperia Home to get the extra row of apps in your apptray. The Themes bug has not been solved since this Home was first leaked.

This mod uses the ZipThemer app, which means there will be NO compability issues.
ZipThemer works by patching images or XMLs inside your apk.
This mod is for those who HATE HATE HATE ICS blue coloured stuffs AS ME.
In this mod, all old Sony Ericsson styles or AOSP GingerBread styled elements are changed to NXT style (image source: XPERIA GO System Dump). Most holo (ICS Styled elements) are changed to NXT style (image source: XPERIA GO System Dump) as follows:
List highlights, Menu icons, holo progress horizontal, all holo buttons (check button, default button, radio button, ...) ICS App title bar, and more.

--JellyBeanAnimation.zip takes no effect in SEMC stock ROMs because SEMC hooked the animation sources.
--SystemUIXtremeModForSonyICS.zip add a lock button on the right hand corner of StatusBar and shrink the QuickPanel and DateView and change to XPERIA GO ICONS. SonyICS ROM only
--SystemUIXtremeModForNonSonyICS is the same as the above mod except it will not add a lock button. Compatible to CyanogenMod 9 ROMs.
--SystemUIXtremeModIconOnly -- as its name, only change icons and compatible to GB and JB ROMs.
Add the Theme zips you want to use.
Click 'Build it!' to start patching your framework-res.apk or other apk with the new images.
Reboot to ClockWorkMod. Install the update zip just created by ZipThemer.
Reboot and all done.

I already wrote it in TK's Walkman thread, but the texfields not changed, they are still default holo, with blue underline. Asking one more time: These resources (texfields, activity title bars, and other common parts of ui - that, as i think, should be related to framework-res) can be changed for whole system (in conversations, phonebook, and every other app)?? Or it needs "per-app" modding? I hope that you understand me, my english is not very well

Sorry for mistake, updated with SemcTextField.
Depending on whether the app rely on framework-res. If the app rely on framework , the ap style will be changed on ZipThemer patches. Or else we have to mod the app sepratedly.

Oh ok so I try it one more time I think that most of SEMC apps rely on framework, because i flashed TK's apps and in my phone they look different, so TK probably have some framework mods.

so i liked the tw5 launcher really
and i found out the launcher only worked when it was in system/app
only problem was my XU was unrooted
so i thought would it be possible to make it available for root users ?

Dude. Look at the attached image. I downloaded urs home only.. Replaced it in system/app with right permission. After reboot i got 5*4 app drawer..
Pls note that i am not a noob bro.. I installed correctly.. And what will i get if i lie to u? Whats the use of that? What bro? U r made my day very worst because of that comment... So sad

Hey folks I am new to Xperia P, U, Go, Sola Section! I have come up with a new port for the xperia p, u , go , sola !
Its the new clock widget from xperia Z1 ! Not like the one you used to see! the fat and bold clock widget, its Slim and Sleek!
Build based on 3.0.A.0.2! Basically what I did is change the clock's digits to be taken from a font! From the z1 sys dump I managed to find a font which is exactly the same of z1's its the SST-UltraLight font! It will give your Phone a new look completely!
Tested on My Xperia J ! Should work on Xperia p , u , go and sola!
Screenshots attached below! Should Work on JB as well as ICS!
I found it rather smooth in JB! In next update I will remove Support for ICS!
WORKS BEST ON Niaboc79's and jjwrongjj's Z1 Home
ADDED Z1 STYLE LOCKSCREEN (posted on req by Kevin Kung) Fixed Version Added!
1. Transparent Slider , New button as of XZ1 4.2.2 LS!
HOW TO INSTALL
1. Download the files attached below!
2. Push the font to /fonts and the apk to /app
3. Reboot and enjoy! Make sure you clear the data of clock widgets in settings!
TIP: To make your lockscreen look like the one in xperia z1, change the font name to SoMADigitLight.ttf

I did everything you told us to do, and now I lost my clock-widget?
It's in the system/app... but it still not showing on the other widgets
And when I use the lockscreen you shared I get the Google Vanilla Standard lockscreen not the one you showed us in the pictures... :silly:

Please help me to get my clock widget back (the standard sony one). I pushed the font to /fonts then the apks to /app then I rebooted and It just dissapeared. Im so angry right now cause my phone looks ulgy without it and I dont want any widget from play store thats running in the background all the time and taking ram memory
