Flash in recovery
Wipe cache and Dalvik cache
Reboot

argh. i had this problem yesterday with another launcher and was trying to fix it and since JB kernels root access doesn't work by default in ADB i was screwed... so after half hour i tried flashing an ICS kernel and then ADB PUSH HOME.APK from there...

Are you using latest build?
Have you clear cache and dalvik?

Yes it is the latest build and also did clear cache and dalvik, I think it is problem services.jar

works now, thanks bro
but it seems like is has some bugs. here are some screenshot.
you can see that the bar at the bottom is a little bit shorter and the folder style doesn't change. and some bug when you search just like the screenshot below
