ME7 is a leaked firmware so jkay deluxe won't work on it. You're quite lucky to have your device still up an running lol. dunno about nX(?) though as i haven't seen it or tried it.
To make the status bar transparent you can try orangerot's dream theme for the 4.2.2 leaked firmware here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=43082923#post43082923 and if you like you can also theme your device to your preference.

Jkay is no longer usable in (XXUFME7). You can use Xposed Framework.

Apart from the above suggestion ..... If rooted you can use custom Roms like MIUI .... else manufacture your own MODS using the UOT kitchen Link : http://goo.gl/HFwRK

Oh i dont know about that, anyway it will be benefitial. Thank You
Xposed have it's own benefit is it works on any jb /ics rom on most of devices. Also you need not to flash but simply apk install.
And of course it's free.
Though simplistic is features rich.

Use Xposed Framework and the module "Tinted Status bar". This is the only trick that works without glitching! In the app set the statusbar background for your launcher to transparent.
You also need XBlast installed and activated to get the statusbar glitch free.

Change my status bar

Does anyone knows if I can change my status bar to make it look like the one in cyanogen mode for example or something? And I mean completely change it not editing it or something, cuz I have dn3 3.1.1 on and I've installed nova launcher apk and it all looks good except for that ugly stock status bar :/
Any help would be appreciated
