Flash in recovery. You need Amon Ra installed or any other recovery like TWRP or CWM. Boot into recovery and choose zip from SD.

now the phone gets stuck in the

p.d.
my ROM is BAMF-33112-RELEASE-KEYS.zip
don't flash gsmfix.zip there. that is only for sense 4 ROM developed by Joel.
On the same page of download link you can find stockgsmfix.zip, try to flash that as bamf-33112-release-keys.zip is based on sense 3.6. hope this helps you!

It should work. anyway you are running BAMF sense 3.6 ROM right?
IF that is the case , do clean wipe, flash ROM again, change below values in /system/build.prop file using any editor and reboot once( better do factory reset )
ro.config.lte=false
ro.telephony.default_network=3

were you able to boot atleast once? if you are s-on you need extract boot.img (kernel) and need to flash it via fastboot usb ( fastboot flash boot boot.img)
below are steps
- extract boot.img from your downloaded zip file
- place it in android-sdk/platform tools folder- you will have fastboot executable there ( need to have android sdk and HTC driver installed on your pc)
- open command prompt ( right click on cmd -> run ad admin) and navigate to platform-tools folder
- reboot your phone to booltloader and select fastboot
- run command "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
- reboot the phone
If a flashable boot, img is provided in BAMF thread you can just flash it via bootloader

I need the Stock Recovery for T329w as by mistake flashed Single sim recovery. I am from India and using Stock ROM with JB (version 4.1.1).
Flashing the "recovery_signed.img" inside the folder of this Download would be helpful?
Please reply.

Searched, couldn't find any dual sim roms apart from the one in this thread
EDIT - or maybe it's this one? it's compatible with dual sim http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=46730392&postcount=30
thanks for your help though..
This is what i plan to do :
Download and flash TWRP for t329w
Transfer http://pan.baidu.com/s/122oNL (version 1) to SD Card and the recovery_signed.img and boot_signed.img to SC Card
Reboot phone to recovery
Choose Wipe then Swipe to Factory Reset
or the best is Select Advance Wipe, tick all except sdcard then swipe to wipe
Select Install and select the version1 rom.zip then swipe to confirm flash
Wait until the installation is finished
Reboot phone to fastboot and connect it to your PC
Open command prompt, lead it to folder where you installed adb and fastboot and issue commands:
fastboot flash recovery C:\recovery_signed.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot
fastboot flash boot c:\boot_signed.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot

One last thing, I forgot to mention I had taken a NAndroid backup before installing the ROM. I restored it and did a full wipe/factory reset, but I think the kernel is the problem (it shows the kernel used by the single sim ROM)
So as of now, I'm just going to flash the boot and recovery, coz boot_signed should change the kernel.
Also, this folder contains other images such as radio, hboot, dzdata etc. what are these for and would they help?
Thanks a lot for your help!!

After restoring Nandroid, just fastboot flash the boot_signed.img and reboot and see whether it boot. It should work if the custom recovery is working well for your device. No need to fastboot flash recovery_signed.img first. Just boot and see whether it works. If it works then only you fastboot flash the recovery_signed.img if you want to.
Don't worry about other images as you can't flash those on a S-On device.

What do you mean shows Error : Cannot open boot.emmc.win ? boot.emmc.win is created by a TWRP recovery only. If there is one you don't have to "open" it, just copy it to your fastboot folder
Now you mentioned you use nexus prime as the recovery do you mean you use NexusRecovery ? Can you list here the file names inside the nandroid backup ? I don't think you have boot.emmc.win in NexusRecovery

Hmm, i went to Nandroid restore > Advanced restore > Restore boot
doesn't boot.
tried restoring the whole backup, doesn't boot.
even a wipe data/factory reset doesn't make it boot!
Will taking it to an HTC centre help? (I'm ready to pay some amt of money.)
Oh no... you don't know what fastboot flash means ? It is not using the recovery to restore boot. You need to copy the boot.img to your PC where you have all your fastboot files in a folder.
Try again this way as I don't have my PC with me. Replying to you with someone else PC.
In my ROM threads, you will see Boot.img_Installer_RCx.x.zip in post #1. Download any of them then do the following
1. Download theBoot.img_Installer_RCx.x.zip and extract it on your PC desktop
2. Reboot your DX to bootloader and connect to your PC (you should see the word "fastboot usb" in red color on the bootloader)
3. Open the Boot.img_Installer_RCx.x folder that you extracted, you should see a batch file Install Boot.img.bat there
4. Replace the boot.img with your boot.img (don't use the one that already in the folder). Try the boot_signed.img that you have, rename it to boot.img
5. Run that Install Boot.img.bat and when it stop just press any key to exit
6. Reboot
And yes, taking it to HTC centre will help but of course you need to pay them

Ohh, I just read it properly. I know what fastboot flash means. Using Android SDK > Platform tools > Shift+rightclick > open as command prompt > fastboot flash boot boot_signed.img
I've already done it. This boot_signed.img in this thread seems weird.
After installing the custom ROM, restoring my nandroid backup, my phone was booting, but without the sim being recognized.
So I fastboot flashed the above (second post of this thread) boot_signed.img from c:\
But THAT boot_signed.img led to my phone being stuck in a bootloop > white start screen > turns black > try switching it on again > same thing
Hoped I could restore the nandroid boot using recovery advanced restore, but didn't work.
Will try fastboot flashing the MIUI boot.img (coz that's what was working initially, though without a sim, and the one in this thread's second post doesn't have a source), atleast that should get my phone booting. And will try searching for the boot of my nexus recovery backup, coz that will be the stock boot.img.
My last thing before I go to HTC .

I only flashed boot and recovery, not the others
Hello
I was just trying to flash CM10 into my Sola
I unlocked the bootloader
I root it
Installed Recovery ROM
Made backup of current ROM
Wipe/Factory Reset
While flashing in Recovery Mode I got the error 7 message, so the instructions were to do the flash of the rom through flashtool
Flashed the rom through flashtool
After reboot, it's stucked on the initial "FreeXperia" image and it freezes there
I can enter in fastboot and flashmode, but I tried to flash again the "MT27_6.1.1.B.1.54_KERNEL.ftf" firmware, but the only thing that changes is the "FreeXperia" colorful image to the standard "Sony" logo.
What can I do?! How come it doesn't boot?!
Please help.
Do following:
- Shut down your phone
- connect it to your computer in fastboot mode (with volume up hold)
- flash the boot.img which is inside the ROMs .zip
- Do your steps again (enter recovery, wipe etc)
I've flashed the boot.img of CM10 before.
Well, the problem is that I cannot enter recovery mode!
Only fastboot and flashmode

Yup that's it, but first flash boot.img from the rom with fastboot.
Don't expect the phone to boot because this kernel is not comoatible with stock ROM go strait to recovery, do whatever is needed (factiry rest, clear dalvik and cache etc) as instructed in it's thread, and fash the zip

Well, I still get the (Status 7) error. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
My only doubt is if I'm using the correct recovery. How can I know that?
My current recovery is CWM Touch v5.5.0.4 (modified CWM by Munjeni)
Honestly, I'm getting do reallly tired of this.
For 2 days I've been trying to install this ROM and I always get stuck with the /(&)(#$ "status 7" error.
Here is what I do step by step, so someone can point me in the right directions because, quite frankly, I just wan to throw this phone over the window right now...
1. After I get the "status 7" error I restore my rom backup, which brings me to stock ICS with unlocked bootloader and with root
2. I reboot in fastboot mode and, with Flashtool, I flash the boot.img I extracted from the "cm-10-20140113-UNOFFICIAL-pepper.zip"
3. I enter in recovery mode and wipe all the data/cache/delvik cache etc (I've also tried to do this BEFORE flashing the boot.img)
4. Still in recovery, I choose "Install zip from sdcard" and select the "cm-10-20140113-UNOFFICIAL-pepper.zip" (I've also tried to select this file without the boot.img file)
5. I get the status 7 error!!!!!!
Please help, as it is driving me nuts!
Redownload the ROM and try again. I'll give you a step by step instruction now:
- redownload the ROM and push it to your phones storage
- shut down your phone and connect it via fastboot to your computer
- Open the flashtool and flash the boot.img from the rom.zip via fastboot.
- after flashing, disconnect your phone from your computer, then wait some seconds
- Now power on your phone and enter recovery
- now you make a full wipe (wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache (advanced), format /system (mounts and storage)
- After the full wipe, try to flash the redownloaded ROM again
What exectly the status 7 is for, look at the log.
It fails right in the first assert line of code. I've also tried to remove the assert line, as suggested somewhere on the forum, but then I get a "Status 6" error. I'll try to re-download the zip file when I get home...

the assert n ro.product.device and ro.build.product? This should not happen with the recovery that comes with the ROM.
Well, that may explain it, as I'm not sure I'm using the correct recovery rom, as I didn't knew there was a recovery on this rom.
The instructions in the thread are:
Make a backup of your current rom
Wipe data/factory reset in recovery
Flash CM10 (If you get error 7 while flashing exctract the boot.img from the rom zip, and flash it via fastboot)
Flash Ultra Slim Gapps
Reboot & Enjoy!
So, I had to find a recovery ROM and that is what I did. So maybe that's the problem: I'm not using the correct recovery rom.
What can I do now to change it?

What recovery ROM, you only need to install thr boot.img from the ROM file.
What ROM are you trying to install(link)?

My recovery rom is CWM Touch v5.5.0.4 (modified CWM by Munjeni)

Your recovery is probably missing those props and yould fail every time, you must use the recovery of the ROM.by flashint boot.img.
And I have asked a link for the ROM you dounload just to make sure it's props are OK, so I need a link.
If it don't let you post a link try to qrap it with code tags (the # button in thepost editor)

Do you have a detailed procedure for walking on to hand over the official rom?

I extracted the highlighted items, is that it?
https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2018/21/7/1527420105-capture-update.png
That's what I did but it does not work :
1) fastboot flash ramdisk RAMDISK.img
2) fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk RECOVERY_RAMDIS.img
3) recovery boot => wipe all data, cache, ...
4) reboot in fastboot mode
5) flashboot flash system SYSTEM.img
Now my phone restarts in a loop.
Do not wipe from twrp

first, check this
I Want you to try this go to twrp>mount system and check if system partition have files and it is intact, if not you need to flash whole rom again or a new RoM (asop or anything to boot it)
next, open fastboot mode and flash this
https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-view-10/how-to/stock-recovery-getting-to-stock-t3754797
this is a stock recovery steps are given about how to install it , once you are on stock recovery,
open recovery clear cache and perform factory wipe once done it should boot if system partition is intact
NEVER PERFORM WIPE FROM TWRP, it seems buggy screwed my device too

Hi i have a big problem. I have download the last bkl EU rom, 160 build, i flashed 3 files but the device get bootloop and i don't know what i can do.
Anyway when i buy the device i had 141 build, then i unlocked and try trwp with carbon.
For to return to stock i flashed the 3 files from 160 build. Maybe i have to take 3 files from 141 build? Because i had this build how base rom?
You flashed the 3 download files from hwff? Then u have to flash the No check recovery before.

I downloaded it but gave me the same error at 5% of process. I bought the device in amazon Italy so the european stock rom must work.
Any idea?
I followed the suggestion to flash the stock recovery but now I've no access to the system and not to the bootloader. With twrp at least I could go in fastboot mode. Now I can flash nothing and the device goes in loop without system. And factory reset gives an error at 10-12%

you followed the following steps:
1) fastboot flash ramdisk RAMDISK.img
2) fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk RECOVERY_RAMDIS.img or with this https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-view-10/how-to/stock-recovery-getting-to-stock-t3754797
3) recovery boot => wipe all data, cache, ...
4) reboot in fastboot mode
5) flashboot flash system SYSTEM.img
As you check the file you download is compatible with your phone with the following software:

Ok now I had success in enter in fastboot.
The stock file is the same you posted (22th may).
This one doesn't work with the dload power+up+down.
So I want to extract the 3 files, I put in profile "unknown" (or other) but when I select the folder of update.app returns this error: ERECOVERY_VBMET.img: Invalid header crc -Expected: 14228 Got: 54798
Ok I disabled the check of headers to solve that problem
I'm a noob.i wanna try out a custom kernel but i got no idea what steps to follow
Backup Boot-Partition with TWRP
Install another Kernel, whipe cache and dalvic
Boot Device
Restore Boot-Partition and the new Kernel is gone / whipe cache and dalvic
Boot Device

1. make sure the kernel of your choice SUPPORTS your DEVICE, flashing wrong kernel means BYE BYE POCO
2. using custom Recovery like twrp/blackpitch/orangeFox etc just flash the Kernel.zip file! and wipe cache/delvik
3. flash Magisk19.3 if you wana root your device!
however we don't flash kernels via fastboot but for your knowledge if you extract the kernel.zip and take the img file from inside and place it in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot
open adb command window and flash kernel with this command
Code:
fastboot flash boot kernel.img
will flash the kernel in /boot section
later you can install mangisk manager and PATCH the boot.img
see METHOD 2 https://www.thecustom droid.com/install-magisk-root-android-devices/
however 99% fellows here uses twrp! its easy and popular!
