- Download the boot.img and <rom>.zip.
- Place zip in SDCARD of phone, and boot.img in folder where fastboot binaries are present
- Download Google APPs for 4.2.2 from here http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-20130301-signed.zip and place in SDCARD
- Reboot to bootloader and connect phone via USB cable
- Use "fastboot flash boot boot.img" <--------- This will install the kernel
- Reboot to recovery, preferably TWRP 2.5.0.0
- Flash <rom>.zip and Flash Google APPs
- Reboot and enjoy !

i will release builds and you people will have to test and report. Then i will populate a bugs tree and we will take them one by one.
As this ROM will be built on atis112 and prototype-U tree (whichever is the latest), so expect very alpha quality releases, with several bugs etc. I am releasing this only because i promised this on a POLL early on here, and also because i like aokp more than any other aosp variant.
I might also release a paranoid android if no one else releases it. I cant release a P.A.C.man ROM cause atis112 wants to build and release that himself, sometime in near future.

Just reporting back after some testing... RIL seems to work, mobile data too. GPS seems to work too (couldn't test that). But wifi and bluetooth aren't working at all.

Lol, 2 recognized contributors fighting about who might release a rom.
That is strange...
Everybody who feels the urge can release a rom on xda, as long as he doesn't steal the work of others. Users then will decide what is fine and what is crap. So please all stop arguing and do what you think you are up to.
In an ideal world though you would probably work together to get a usable rom, especially if you are both no real developers. Maybe think about that possibilty...

Dude. Don't ever ask for a ETA again. Alpha #1 got released today, so i think it'll be a little while until we get a update. Just keep calm and watch the thread.

There is nothing discussion-worthy going on here. If I have to clean again discussions about whether this rom should be released or not, I will go after it for trolling.

I installed it. It works .
I think you have to tell people that this is a true custom rom and it doesn't include gapps and they have to install one.
As the sd card doesn't work yet I'll try to use it with the internal memory.

Actually its sort of a preview rom. most Bugs arent fixed yet. You can download the gapps and flash them. atis112 is constantly working and rest assured i'll release this with weekly updates. Any questions relating to my rom should be posted here and not in cm10 thread.
