after applying this mod, phone restarts when holding power button...
method to install properly:
1) install v1 and v2 using CWM, reboot,
2) install v3 and reboot
voila!
(in v3, replace .apk file one by one and change permission won't work after reboot, just flash it USING CWM!)
Looks good but the phone does indeed hang and reboot when holding the power button.
The music app looks great but it's not completely functional as it force-closes when clicking on albums, and clicking the equalizer button does nothing.
Everything else seems to be working alright.
Keep working on this and make it work 100%, the Xperia S theme looks stunning!
Hi I'm new here and Im on .68 Kernel stock version of Xperia Ray, i installed using CMW but it says Installation aborted when trying to install from .zip, Is it because of the version that I am using?
The theme itself looks awesome, but it messed up my Arc S.
Had to reinstall MIUI after installing this (update 1 -> update 2 -> update 3).
Got cought in a bootloop.
MAYBE you should mention what kind of system are needed to be installed?

This is the Music Player from the leaked 4.0.4 ROM, for the Xperia S. And since, it has files for all resolutions, Sony must have develped this app keeping in mind, the low end cells they are going to release soon.
That is, in short, it is the Music Player app for the 2012 devices, and this copy from the Xperia S ROM, is the walkman version.

I don't think equaliser is perfect (-15 -> +15 steps)
and clearbass is disabled, maybe we need more library
I tried semcmetadataclean from GB and music info's working now
just wait for more files from xperia s theard or ICS official (because I believe this music player will be release with :X)

try clearing data of sound enhancements at settings/apps it worked for me
great work.. but i getting error "unfortunately, connected device has stopped" and also "sound enhancement has stopped" i did clear the sound enhancement data but no use.. I use arconium 4
Now clear bass has worked on me !! Hehe

This is yet another Timescape fix thread, but this one is a bit different.
It's a flashable zip which includes a newer Timescape feed widget, and the other apks that allows Timescape to update Facebook and Twitter. This zip will not delete the older Timescape widget. It's supposed to work only on build number 4.1.B.0.587. Facebook like work on the stock music player and Pranav110089's WALKMAN
I really like the new feed widget because it can be resized to fill the screen, and now it can be updated by pulling it down (red arrow) and then releasing it.

How do we push an app to the system by the way? Do I have to delete for example the stock Album app and then paste the Honami Album app then change the permission? Should the permision be r--rw-r--?

hah! thats not that easy
1. install a rom that fits u (i mean give u the best xperience), simple there 2 kinds of roms: stock based & cm(cyanogenmod)/aosp/.. based roms.
2. now if u want some app like here u must see that it fits ur rom (read the threads 1st site mostly there is a desription if it work on stock, cm -based rometc.)
(i prefer u some stock-based rom as is easier to port new sony apps) (also some roms have this apps inside...)
pushing apps to system, can be done by few ways, the simplest is flashing a (flashable-) zip through CWM recovery., the manual method u described obove is a another way. but u have to make sure u using root explorer or such to be able to write in system/
(and u not have to delete the apk before, bcuz if its same name i will overwrite it simply... but u can do this of course...)
for all (mostly) all apps,files in system set permissions like this:
