i fix it
i solved the problem
1 - i download the latest RRU for AT&T Jetstream 1.3 and i make update for my tablet
2- i make s-off using htcdev
3- i enter the bootloader with fastboot
4- i using JetStream-HC-CWM5-Insecure-DooMLoRD-v02.img to install boot
5- i using JetStream-HC-CWM5-Recovery-DooMLoRD-v02.img to install recovery
6- i get error with my wifi so i use JetStream-HC-DooMKernel-Wifi-modules-v01.zip
after that it is work without any problem :good::good:

Have you tried downloading the twrp pg86img.zip & make sure it's named PG86IMG.zip then put it on the root of you're sdcard, boot into bootloader and update that way?

when the device either hangs on the htc logo or reboots while on the htc logo, it means there is an issue with the actual kernel/ramdisk.
when dealing with a custom recovery, they should always boot without any issues. the best suggestion off the top of my head is to make sure if you're on the CDMA version, use the shooter recovery and if you're on the GSM version, use the shooteru version of the custom recovery.
otherwise, as suggested above, reflash the confirmed correct custom recovery for your device. there are a few ways to flash the custom recovery although, being you used the htc unlock method, regular custom recovery mode will not have write access to the boot/kernel partition.
if you're interested in loading any ROMs which come with kernels or separately flashing a custom kernel, there are essentially two complete methods:
1) use my Flash Image GUI app from normal android mode to flash the kernel. then flash the ROM from custom recovery.
2) use fastboot boot c:\android\cwm-recovery.img . this will temporarily boot the custom recovery and htc unlock will grant it write access to the kernel/boot partition. this command is different than fastboot flash recovery c:\android\cwm-recovery.img. the fastboot boot will temporarily boot into the custom recovery while fastboot flash will permanently write it into the recovery partition.
hope all the extra details make sense and helps!
Ummm.....Just my 2 cents, but it sounds as though the most basic possible problem has been overlooked here. You need to go into menu>settings>power and uncheck the "fast boot" box or do a battery pull, then try to boot into your bootloader to access recovery. With your phone completely powered down (fast boot unchecked or after battery pull), hold volume down and press power. That will put you in your bootloader with an option to boot recovery from there.
ok i'm a noob i've used thr shooter and not the shooteru cwm img, now all works
ty guys
Hello everyone, i rooted my Evo 3d about 4-5 months ago via HTC unlock method and when i go into fastboot screen (holding down Vol - and Power when phone is off) it says S-ON and all that. (just so you guys have an idea where im coming from)
now the thing is every time i want to flash a ROM or kernel or even go into recovery i have to flash the recovery image via fastboot so i can THEN go into CWM.
The other day one of my friends showed me his EVO 3d and he had an updated CWM recovery that was touch screen based (with bigger options) and he could access it from the phone per-say without having to flash the image via fastboot like i have to everytime i want to update my ROM.
Where can i go about finding out how to update my CWM recovery or should i first UNROOT my phone then re-root it to install this new recovery? My primary concern is just being able to access the Recovery without the need of fastboot.
Im afraid to mess things up since i lost my warranty when i unlocked via HTC method.
I am sorry to say that. You can not downgrade your hboot version and forget s-off (for now) does not matter which c.recovery you use. If you dont want to boot in recovery with your pc , you can use GUI app. Sorry. MY friend

The cwm recovery can be booted without using fastboot too.
I think you always use "fastboot boot cwm.img" command to boot the recovery right?
But if you use "fastboot flash recovery cwm.img" you can always boot it without the use of fastboot.
And if you want to use the recovery like your friends 3d then download and flash this -> http://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager
Or you can also flash TWRP 2.0 touch screen recovery from here -> http://teamw.in/project/twrp2
I prefer twrp 2.0 than clockworkmod as cwm is littlebit buggy.
NOTE: Even though you can boot recovery from your phone itself without using fastboot, you must boot recovery from fastboot for flashing kernels or ROMS with kernels different than your current one.
Ok i am stuck in boot loop. I will explain what i did.
I was on original ICS update from htc HBOOT-1.53.0007 and i decide to try out custom ROM
I followed this tutorial:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1535987
i unlock my device HTCDEV.com way i select evo 3d emea
I done this successfully and then i flash Clockworkmod recovery by clockworkmod.
Done this successfully!
Ok flashing time!
Downloaded and flash this ROM
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1991150
I did wipe every thing there is to wipe in recovery
Flashed successfully!
and then reboot
On screen there was Venom logo i was waiting for 15 min, nothing happened, take out battery, power on again waiting still nothing happened!!
Flashed again the same rom, this time with no wiping!
Same thing stuck with Venom logo.
Ok. lets get diferent ROM
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1513055
Same thing, stuck with boot logo!
And then i get so called stock rom
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1318942
this zip had boot.img inside
so when i flashed rom i go to bootloader and flash boot.img with fastboot flash boot boot.img that was successfully so i reboot device
this time the phone start to bootloop it gets to htc logo and then restart!
That's it now i don't know what to do. Don't know what guide/tutorial should i follow so i am posting here in hope to get some help
So again someone please help!!!
I would suggest downgrading to hboot 1.49.0007 (and then use revolutionary for s-off). With that you shouldn't have any problems flashing ROMs. I am currently using the 1.49.0007 hboot and I haven't got a single issue flashing Roms
Sent from my Evo 3D GSM
I suggest 1.49.0007. Before downgrade from 1.53.0007 i had boot loop issue too.
Yeah easier said than done!
Every tutorial i checked want me to download something, but i can't every thing is out dated s**t
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1743466
have you tried this?
i read it and i get so confused plus that wire trick it scares me! The whole tutorial is scary, so man methods
i think i will have to give it a try.
Unfortunately the wire trick is your only option of downgrading hboot. It isn't that difficult actually. Just make sure you follow the instructions to the letter
did i mention that i can not get in to system as a am stuck with booting up?!
ControlBear.exe just say press enter to exit so i am guessing that the phone need to be turned on for ControlBear.exe to work?!?
Rebooting from bootloader
Waiting...
...Waiting
Detecting...Starting up......
Connecting to device...
Testing ADB connection
Press ENTER to exit.....
I am starting to think that the best way to fix my phone would be the so called Hammer_way! They say it's one hit fix
Here is step by step instructions http: //unlimited.io/juopunutbear.htm
4. Turn ON USB Debugging on your device (Settings > Developer Options)
5. Verify fast boot is turned OFF (Usually found under Power Settings)
6. Connect your device and set to "Charge Only"
I simply can not do that i am stuck in boot loop!
anyway i found something
http //htcevohacks.com/htc-evo-3d-hacks/how-to-downgrade-to-hboot-1-49-0007-on-htc-evo-3d-gsm/
testing now!
caughere even
didn't work
it locked my bootloader
it say ***relocked*** and ***security warning***

If you can access to recovery, then you can flash stock or another ROM.
Then set USB Debugging and repeat unlock.

You have to manually flash boot.img via fastboot.
i made it!! i managed to install stock original ICS RUU from OTA and i successfully did S-OFF!! Yuuuhuu
Now what? i am stil on HBOOT 1-53.777
I have the same problem before i find a good Rom for 1.53.0007. And i cant downgrade to 1.49.0007...
Try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1906172
why would i want 1.49.0007?
My phone is now working normally with venom viper ROM, on HBOOT 1-53.777 S-OFF
If you satisfied with venom viper ROM then you dont need downgrade. But with 1.49.0007 you can flash more ROMs.
hello! i flashed my inc2 on cwm and i installed custom isc rom, no stucked htc logo, and i needed new radio i put PG32IMG some versions written "checking" and also stuck i remove battery and turn phone intro bootloader The same is repeated again ind I could not update radio, next i relock bootloader and update firmware with R.U.U. phone turns on and works workns fine only FIRST USE next from hard reset. if i turn of and on phone it restarts itself if i reset again phone works good FIRST USE, P.S. when i turn phone into bootloader i can't see locked or unlocked i pictured and attached this.

can you boot your phone completely?? if so then boot completely and get s-off using revolutionary then you will be able to flash radio and firmware otherwise flash a rom with recovery and then flash boot.img separately via fastboot
follow these steps to s-off your phone
install drivers
-use these, http://downloads.unrevoked.com/HTCDriver3.0.0.007.exe
download revolutionary from here and get your beta key too : http://revolutionary.io/
uninstall htc sync before proceeding
boot your phone and enable usb debugging
connect your phone to pc and run revolutionary
when its done you will have s-off
if your phone starts bootlooping then flash a radio via bootloader or by booting phone to fastboot and using these commands
fastboot erase cache
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip PG32IMG.zip (CHECK MD5 SUMS BEFORE FLASHING)
fastboot reboot-bootloader (make sure your baseband changed)
fastboot reboot
now you should be able to flash any rom you like (any inc2 rom that is)
I am trying to install any ROM, recovery but no luck for 2 weeks!!!
It was unlocked via HTC unlock_code.bin. Now I can relock or unlock again with no issue.
However I could not install any CRW . So I have to install stock RUU, CID is VODAP102 German Vodaphone. main versiyon: 2.17.161.3 , hboot: 1.72.0000
I relocked via fastboot and tried to install stock RUU however it was lower than 2.17.161.3 and gave signature error. I could not find higher RUU.
Is this a garbage now ?
-----
SOLVED: I pressed the left top part while recovering and it booted up recovery. Very interesting

If you already successfully unlocked the phone thats a good news. and please keep your unlock_code.bin for future use. Anyways if u can follow all the instruction given in this forum it's not that hard to solve your problem. there are multiple solution for the problem you are facing.
So, well i hope u can still go to the fastboot mode right? if u can then u can use the adb push functions to install a recovery in your HOX+. follow the procedure below to install a recovery:
Unlock the phone again like you did before.
install a recovery:
please download the files u going to need to install the recovery:
a) https://goo.im/devs/philz_touch/CWM_Advanced_Edition/enrc2b/philz_touch_6.19.3-enrc2b.zip/
b)http://d-h.st/rNC all credit goes to m0narx (team venom).
c)before you can do anything u must need to have adb drivers installed on your pc and HTC usb driver to get your phone when you are in fastboot mode. since u already unlock the phone i hope you have those.
i hope you downloaded the abode files needed
1. You need adb drivers installed on your pc and HTC drivers. once this process is done go to fastboot and connect your usb to the phone. your phone will show fastboot USB.
2. In the kernel flasher you will see a rar file containing many files. just unrar the file and go to the folder, you will see a file called VenomKernelFlasher.exe. open it as administrator . then go to manual tab...then only click on flash recovery image and uncheck other options... then click browse and find your philz recovery that you downloaded early(you have to unzip if its a rar/zip). then you just have to press start flash. keep in mind your phone must be connected in fastboot mode and showing fastboot USB before you press start flash or it will do nothing. there are sometimes the first try wont work. venom flasher may show you an error. but don't worry. press start fash again and you might see successful and you have a recovery in your phone.
now you can go to the recovery mode by pressing power+volume down key and then recovery.
If you successfully done the above process now you just need to install a custom rom in your device from philz recovery and have fun with your phone
I think your phone completely blank and you dont have any rom copied in your phone's memory. now only way to install a rom is go to philz recovery.
I am giving you all the easy proess so that u dont need to know any adb command.
DOWNLOAD this another useful software, WinDroid Universal Android Toolkit: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2727916
a)go to philz recovery...then go to install zip....then go to install zip from sideload.
b)on the pc now you go to the toolkit then go to adb commands then press sideload ROM and a box will appear. then you just have to browse your custom rom of your own choice. and wait till it finished. there will be no progress bar. but in the toolkit when the process is done it will show you a message. also in the phone. wait for it to complete.
suggested rom:
Download Android Revolution HD 8.0 from here: http://android-revolution-hd.blogspot.com/p/android-revolution-hd-mirror-site-var.html
go to htc one x+ section adn download both rom and boot.img.
AFTER YOU COMPLETED THE ABOVE PROCESS YOUR PHONE HAVE A CUSTOM ROM INSTALLED IN YOUR DEVICE. IF YOUR PHONE IS S-ON THEN FOLLOW THE LAST STEP TO SUCCESSFULLY BOOT YOUR PHONE:
now you going to need the boot.img that you downloaded....you have to push the boot.img with adb shell to boot your android phone.
if you know how to do it then fine. if not pm me i will help you out with this also.
