FAQ :
I am having bootloop( never boots just shows kernel logo and bootanimation ) . What to do ??
Please follow the steps and install correctly because hundreds of users already use the rom without any problem !
I am having a laggy rom
Do a clean install of the rom ie wipe data(factory reset) , wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache , wipe system , wipe data and cache
My wifi is not working
flash the wifi modules (present in addons ) of the respective kernel . it will be present in the kernel thread !!
My keyboard/hardware keyboard is not working
You need to disable the hardware keyboard, to enable any other keyboards. The hardware keyboard will still be working, even if you disable it
I get a status 7 error in cwm after wiping system
1.That's normal because the rom.zip wants to get information about your phone and after wiping system it can't do that. Open the zip on your pc, go to META-INF -> com -> google -> android and open the updater-script with a text editor (like notepad++). Now you delete the first few lines with "assert" and "getprop". Repack the zip and you should be able to flash!
2. If you did the first method and you still get a status 7, could it be you are on lupus kernel? Read the FAQ for more info/help!
CPU settings :
No OC , interactive governor and deadline as scheduler !!
which kernel do you use ? :
Any jelly bean kernel with No OC ,stock settings
Can I even use lupus kernel ? :
It looks like you get a status 7 error while installing the rom on lupus kernel, so better use another one (you can install the rom on any kernel and then flash lupus kernel if you want to, but it seems like there are some problems with lupus)!
Why is rotation not working? :
You have to enabled Auto-Rotation in settings -> display -> auto rotation!
How to fix superuser? :
Please try flashing this. It should remove the superuser.apk from /system/app. Then please reinstall superuser or supersu from playstore. If the zip doesn't work, please report!

Expecting Super Jelly Bean v6 with almost no Bugs at all
Glitches or bugs :
1) JB AOSP lockscreen misalignment ( Mobile Carrier name goes out of screen)
2) When System is little heavy the phone reboots (occasionally)
3) Random Lags and slowdowns ( but occasionally)
4) Google now not so clean ( little glitches)
5) Stock Widgets Support (i love the weather widget of my Live with Walkman )
6) Notification Toggle to be more responsive
Please see to any other bugs and give us a complete smooth and bug less ( may be ) ROM similar to stock
so that we would keep this ROM as permanent and wont change to any other ( expect updates from Super Jelly Bean :laugh: )
Try to release the next version ASAP. I am waiting and i love Jelly Bean ( SUPER JELLY BEAN )

I will check all these bugs for the next version, but I have to wait until harsh releases the new version for arc or neo or any other device, then i can start porting and testing

Nice and Fast, only one problem
I'm very love this ROM. But I've only one problem. I cannot adjust ringtone for my contact. I use xperia active, kernel from FXP210_cm-10-20130309-UNOFFICIAL-satsuma.zip. How can I do it ? I change ring tone in some of my friend's contacts.But when he call, only the default ringtone work not the ringtone I've changed. Thank you.

Hmm I haven't tried that yet but I will try it and report if it's working for me or what's wrong there

Good Battery Kernel
As I said before, I use xperia active with FXP kernel and SJB 5.5. It's good performance, fast, good wifi, good bluetooth. Only bug( or not?) is unable to change ringtone for someone (if change all -> it's OK). But it fast draining battery too.I start with 96% in the morning and end with 19% in 4.30 PM only talk for 5 min. and stand by. I try other kernels eg nAa 3.0.8, 3.4.5 the same draining battery. Now I change to 2.6.32.60-nAa-01 kernel, it's look hopeful. Beginning in the morning with 96% talk about 12 min, now 2.30 pm 87%. My wife use xperia arc with Fusion Kernel, SJB 5.5 only 13% loss for stand by time 8 h. But no Fusion kernel for xperia active! And still problems with ringtone. Mihahn can you help me with this problem? I think this is my favorite ROM and Kernel, only look forward for update, not change. Thank you for your hardwork.

If you disable auto rotation the keyboard won't open because opening the keyboard won't auto rotate the screen, so there's just the software keyboard. It's a bug and I hope I'm able to fix it one time

Have you tried reflashing the gapps?
Btw I would better ask in the thread by harsh for the xperia arc s because the Q&A here is for the port for the xperia 2011 mdpi

Is it a problem of kernel or ROM? Can you please make it louder? I try several kernels but still same level. Thank you in advance.

Try it in Super Jelly Bean 6.0. The ringtone is working fine for me! And I haven't tried to make a call with the headset, but maybe it's a problem with the headset or the phone of the guy you are calling?

Use Super Jelly Bean 6.0 now. And I'd recommend nAa's 2.6 kernel

You are able to use a launcher for the homescreen and the app drawer, but I guess not for the menus

You could try another battery
If it still doesn't work well, it might be a hardware problem

thanx for your great work.
i was wondering if you could put a notification LED setting for controlling it like AOKP rom.
i installed an app inorder to control and customize the LED but beacuz of the low ram i couldn't us it.and when your ram is full the screen blackout when you lock and unlock the phone.and for godsake put a browser in the rom.

Don't use a DUAL kernel (CWM + TWRP) like MESA Hybrid or LuPuS Dual. Flash an ICS kernel like LuPuS CWM 5.x v3 (it works just fine on my st15i-Mini) via Fastboot. Download v5.1 ROM version (latest). Then reflash ROM via CWM.

When i hold the phone straight, it should be portrait - but actually it's landscape then and vice versa.
Funny kind of bug.
I wish I could've let the ROM settled down. There is no chance because it automatically reboots after 5 minutes.

Coming from Jader's UHD 4.0, i want to say that this rom is beast for gaming.
Games which are incompatible with UHD (like fast and furious 6) are working flawlessly.
Games Tested
NFS MW -(not a single lag noticed)
Carmageddon- (same as MW but starting the game is quiet tricky, first skip intro and then press home button afer 10 sec long press home button and choose the game and voila now it is working)
Csr- working like charm (not even starting in UHD)
Fast 6 - Amazing
and at last my favorite game SG Dead Zone
SG Dead Zone -played 3 matches without any FC.
Music (4/5)
First i thought i'll miss walkman but DSP manager totally surprised me. I'm Using Creative EP-830 Headset and boss what a thumping bass i got.
So totally this ROM is Tailor made for neo v.

battery tips :
few basic tips to really get the most battery out of your device..
1.use fusion 5.4
2.reduce the screen brightness and the screen time out to a comfortable value
3.don't overclock as i said many times already.. Use 122/1024 ( even for gaming )
4.turn off wifi , bluetooth etc when not in use
5.before going to sleep , turn off useless apps such as whatsapp running in the background
6.restart your phone once everyday or every two days.. ( i restart my phone everytime before putting it for charging , i usually re-charge only when the battery reaches 1 % )

video recording at 720p isn't possible as thats one of the reason this rom is so smooth.. fxp removed it because it was very limited (max 16 fps )
you can give acid a try.. i haven't tested it.
i personally like fusion 4.1 but you can use whichever is best for you
gaming performance is pretty good i've tried only a few games though...

ya it happens even on a stock based rom.. just flash the stock 587 ftf excluding kernel and simlock.ta.. then with full wipes install rom , it'll run fine oh and dont forget the kernel

Just installed on jb ROM with lupus kernel and no problems found.... Booted good.. ROM looks smooth to me.. OSB is missing I think I have to play with framework-res apk for osb
I don't know why op gave weird installation instructions .. I think any jb kernel can do the installation..

Carmageddon- (same as MW but starting the game is quiet tricky, first skip intro and then press home button afer 10 sec long press home button and choose the game and voila now it is working)

SG Dead Zone -played 3 matches without any FC.

First i thought i'll miss walkman but DSP manager totally surprised me. I'm Using Creative EP-830 Headset and boss what a thumping bass i got.

HOW TO INSTALL :
0.Only for unlocked bootlader
1. Copy super jelly bean and gapps to sd card
2. Flash any jb kernel for neov via fastboot.. i recommend fusion kernel 5.4 (present inside the zip file )
3.[OPTIONAL] flash stock ics .587 ftf excluding kernel and simlock.ta files..
4. boot into recovery
5.Perform Full Wipes
ie :
wipe data / factory reset
wipe cache partition
wipe dalvik cache
in mounts and storage , wipe system , data and cache
6.Flash Super Jelly Bean Rom
8.Flash the patch for your respective devices.
7.Flash gapps , Provided in download page
8.Boot
9.Let the rom settle for 15 to 20 minutes
10.Reboot at least once in 2 days
11.Enjoy

I am having bootloop( never boots just shows kernel logo and bootanimation ) . What to do ??

I am having a laggy rom
Do a clean install of the rom ie wipe data(factory reset) , wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache , wipe system , wipe data and cache
My wifi is not working
flash the wifi modules (present in addons ) of the respective kernel . it will be present in the kernel thread !!
CPU settings :
No OC , interactive governor and deadline as scheduler !!

i won't lie to brag about this rom..
see in stock ics , the camera is definetely better than this..
this would probable be a little better than cm10.. (basically it is a tweaked cm10 camera )

i think there is a recent call widget.apl inside the rom though i havent tried it yet since flashing fusion still giving me error. i cant flash fresh 587fw on flash tool. :crying:

oh ya..nicely noticed:good:..it is in system/app
but it dont shows in widgetpicker
edit: the kill app button works.but time duration for long press is quite long

Did you flashed stock 587? I encounterd error on fusion. Im on lupus kernel right now.

I Think You have to edit notification_panel_bg.9.png file in systemui apk.. it is a little critical though..

I changed so many ICS, JB roms but was never satisfied. Stock ICS and roms based on stock were very laggy, CM9 based were not totally stable (in my opinion) and had low volume, LED bar issues, battery is not good. JB roms based on stock from Sony are not smooth, battery is awful. CM10, CM10.1 and CM10.2 still have so many bugs, not ready for daily user.
So i decided to go back to GB till a stable CM10.2 build comes out.
drvijayanand made a really lightening fast GB-ROCKS version but due to warez XDA's rule, his rom had been removed.
I got his permission to use his old rom as based to continue his perfect dev and make a new rom called LongevityGB

I get status 6 installation aborted in recovery when trying to flash it.
You just reuploaded GBROCKS rom without Root Explorer in it...

No, I optimized many things but I don't have my xU rightnow so I asked because I don't know if it can boot up. Ok deleted the link. I will try to remake it when I got my device back.

Well here i present to you guys the Final Solution ROM.
Most of the roms available are deodexed for customization but deodex leads to lag in interface and usage of more ram.
This ROM has odexed framework as well as most important system apps.
Let us face the truth for a minute, all the Z3 ports available right now slow down the phone and eat more ram ,
If we can't have a smooth interface then why should we use it on a phone which has only 1 gb memory.
This rom includes all the customisations and apps you would actually need, after a lot of research and hard work, i was able to find the core of the problem ie deodexing and and all the app eating most of the ram.

Open and set max frequency 1800 mhz and governer to Interactive
set io scheduler to ROW
Disable mp decision in CPU Hotplug
Change minfree values to-
5 , 16 , 40, 80 , 90 , 150
Install xposed framework
Download more modules and enable
Set up your needs and then
Also enable xperia and gem.
Finally reboot the device
INSTALLING THIS ROM AND FOLLOWING ALL THESE STEPS WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF THIS DEVICE.

This ROM included includes william's kernel which is also overclocked so the benchmark will definitely be great.
But the question here is not about benchmarks but the actual problems of our device which have been fixed with this rom. Read the OP fully please (I know it's long though)

Every antutu benchmark my phone freeze and reboot when i had william kernel so benchmark will not be great -_-

I have included Williams kernel which includes kernel level sound control. You just gotta download the faux sound control app

Where kind of bug you are having man? Explain in detail
well whatever rom i use ihave a bug while touch on screen multitouch issue like playing dead trigger on touch works bt other nt in the same time
i only hv this issue with custom roms
