Does anyone know anything about charging the battery using a dedicated battery charger?
Our battery is rated 1500mAh at 3.7V. That is basically a 1S configuration type cell. i.e. max charge voltage of 4.2
1. Can I use 2 alligator clips and hook this battery up to my "dedicated charger"?
2. Can I charge it at 1.5AH so that it will fully charge in about 1hr?

I recently bought a 1900mAh anker battery for the Sensation and I plan to use it for my Amaze.
On the battery it says that the limited charge voltage is 4.2V and on my charger it says that its output is 5V. Does this mean that I should not charge my anker battery with my charger? Or will it be fine?
It will charge fine. I have 2 anker batteries.

I'm using an external charger myself: PowerBase C-734U. It takes all kinds of batteries, and I charge most of my Li-Po and Li-Ion batteries in it.
