Seeking a CM custom ROM for the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini.
Not the Sony Ericsson X8 or so.
The latest Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini.
Unfortunately I can only find CM Rom for the X 8 or X 10 mini.
The old versions of the mobile phones.

I have xperia mini pro U20I and am confused if xperia mini, mini pro and xperia x10 mini pro and mini are different, sony blog says update for 2011 xperia Phones only, please tell me if my phone will get the android 4 upgrade.
ur phone is x10 mini pro . . .
http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_xperia_x10_mini_pro-3147.php
"mini pro" is a different phone model
http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_xperia_mini_pro-3713.php
X10 mini pro is produced in 2010, and mini pro is produced in 2011 so the answer is no, you will not get android 4.0.x from sony
Thank you for clearing, am very very disappointed because of this.
I read that Sony only build 2.1 for our mini/mini pro cause our phone's RAM too low, what a pity

yes, you're right
Supported models from SONY are those, with SONY LOGO and SONY NAME ONLY.
If you have SONY ERICSON logo/name on your phone - it is no longer supported from SONY side.
XDA developers supported (unnoficial) all models - so am glad and proud to be here. and thanks to all of them for their great work!
I have the American variant of the Sony Xperia Arc S (LT18a). I wanted to know what roms I can flash on it. Cyanogen site has only roms for LT15i. XDA does not have separate forums for it. Where can I find roms for it?
Hey guys, since I've been curious more about stock ROMs after getting Android 4.1 ported by our world-class developers from Xperia P, so my question is, are we going to get unofficial stock 4.2??

No i think Xperia U & sola users won't get Stock Android v4.2 except Xperia P or Xperia go get the Official 4.2 so that the developers can port it.
but if xperia p gets a stable 4.2 then don't u think the developers will port from it to our xperia u? Afterall they've ported 4.1 from xperia p and its working well. Or maybe is there any hardware issues???

you are saying the Sony Stock 4.2 rom isn't it?
Xperia P won't get the stock v4.2...
may or may not be because Sony declared the release of 4.1 for P,S,Ion etc unexpectedly (atleast it was very much unexpected to me). So we cannot say P won't be getting 4.2, it may get. And even if it doesn't then the developers will try to port 4.2 to Xperia P and they won't try to port it to Xperia U (expectations are less due to its RAM but I'm asking just like that)?
Sony does NOT believe the novathor chipset can take 4.2
Novathor: chipset used in xperia p, u, go, sola

No we'll not be getting stock android 4.2.2 coz sony isn't developing it for any devices like P,GO,S etc. But xpu has an 4.2.2 rom based on cm10.1 developed by team canjica

This question I asked because my Friends Galaxy S2 has got a 4.4 Samsung stock note3 based ported rom already.
Is anything like this possible for Xperia P like Xperia Z2. Rom being ported to our device in future when the resouces are released or its not at all possible??
Thanks.
A small chance that it can be done
Sent my Carbonised Xperia P
I saw in xperia u thread they had build Lolipop for their little device . So this may be posibble to our xperia p ?
They are already working on it just have some patience

I'm guessing that when Android 5.0 comes out officially it will be ported to lots of devices, or when the Xperia U 5.0 ROM is is fully stable, it will be ported to Xperia P, Sola and Go and maybe the Xperia S, because the hardware is similar.
Or somewhere a developer is working on a ROM specifically for the Xperia P.
