Is there a way to get voodoo sound on the new jelly beans 19 rom or does anyone know of a way to increase volume alittle??

Yes get a kernel that supports it such as faux kernel just search kernels and if they support voodoo the go to the market and download the voodoo app if your kernel doesn't say it's supported the app will do nothing

You can't get the app from the market as it's not compatible with our device.

The hell you say, I have it without pulling any funny business. I had never used it or downloaded it until I got this phone so it wasn't already in my downloaded app section. I did a search and it showed up just fine and installed and worked just fine.

Mine is the same way. I *believe* mine installed when I installed Sabre, or maybe when I first installed beans. I don't use it, so I really didn't pay attention. But it does show as incompatible from the store.

Saber Kernel supports Voodoo Sound.
PBJ kernel supports Boeffla Sound a good alternative to Voodoo.
I've used both combos on the N2.
Both are available in the Store
Viper4 sound can be used on the N2 - it should work on any kernel. Search on Viper4 and you will find the thread.
If you are serious about audio on the N2 Viper is the way to go.

cmenard commented in his Overstock thread that he'll have an update coming soon.
Ttabbal says he'll be bringing it to Dragon, as well. If only someone could make a voodoo sound compatible kernel for Double Rainbow (Gingerbread).
Ohhh nice..soo i mean i would like to have it on 2.3.2 and up..i love the voodoo.sound

Have you tried CM7? I have not but I believe it is a GB ROM and there is a kernel with voodoo sound available.
I've not. I stalk the thread, and have seen too many bugs. The data issues and battery life makes it a no-go for me.

Looks like that is the only kernel to update so far. Giving it a shot.
I tried to get an apk but it kept failing to install. Anyone try it out?
Edit: it works great.
I buy it but textures looks like crap compare to other devices so i refund it. Anybody else try it?

The graphics are great. I wish my Galaxy could handle the newly found Tegra ability on all Android devices. Apparently there's a way to get the detailed Tegra version onto all devices. I'm pretty sure it would lag.
If you want to get Dead Trigger go into the Pirate Bay. I tried to get it through play store and that kept crashing. I don't know why.

If someone likes cm. It is a nice rom. So yes try it. But there are many who like sense very much. But this is so fast compared to sense. I use TL kernel with it under clocked to 918. Still very fast.I also use trickster mod for kernel settings. It was simply a suggestion.

Curious as to why it needs root? Does it install to system? Surely the browser itself shouldn't have it

Yeah, it does install it to system and also includes file for sync. Pretty handy app actually for easy install. It will say it isn't compatible when going to install but just back out of that, install, and it works perfect. Sooooo glad too because I love the 4.2 aosp browser!!

Here is a preview of a port of AOKP 4.4.2 filled with audiophile goodness. Should be uploaded in a day or 2. I haven't found any bugs as yet. This is a port and not built from source.
Thanks to the AOKP team, Viper, Acid, Awesome Beats and everyone who has built audio goodness that I have incorporated into this. If I haven't mentioned your name let me know and I'm happy to credit you.
Also added Cybershot and Motion shot Camera. See screenshot.
Download!

Just a quick question before the release. Anyone is welcome to chime in:
What would be the best combination of apps to use?
I know viper, dsp, and beats are all equalizers. So I don't see why how one is greater than the other.. At least not to my knowledge...

I just flashed this on a I317M on Rogers and it is really, really good!! This has everything I am looking for in a ROM. I am having the walkman app force close on me. I tried clearing data and cache, but it didn't work. It is no biggie for me as I use other music players but thought you should know. I am restoring apps with Titanium right now and have no issues. Keep up the great work on this one because I think I just found my daily driver. Is there a way this ROM could be maintained for the AT&T Note 2?

I would be interested to know if walkman fc for anyone else. You could always download a different version and push it to system app and change permissions to see if that solves it (only if you want to use it).

Of yes and if you get music stopping as soon as you move away from the home screen, swipe down notifications, turn off the screen etc..
When using Google Now launcher, the problem is being caused by hot word detection. Go to Google Now setting (menu button on home screen)/voice/uncheck hot word detection. Problem solved

Best answer:
1. search XDA i had a quick look and didnt find any links
2. Download a camera app from play store
3. If you have a cm rom extract it go to apps and copy the cam apk to system app of this rom and set permissions
Sorry i couldnt be more helpful. If i get a chance ill upload the original cam apk from the aokp rom and link to it
