please i have problem with s7562 !!
i had fastboot + recovery ! in the phone !
and wanted to install stock rom so how to enter download mod
i pressed vol - + power + home it will enter to fastboot mode !
+ vol + with power + home it will enter recovery
so i installed new boot.img ( kernel) now the phone didnt boot
so is it chinese phone ?? or not because i know samsung dont have fastboot mode

When you have the phone on and you press power button, it will appear a menu, if you select reboot, do you have the download mode option?
If not, try intalling another ROM first and see if it solves the problem.

when i installing another ROM it show " signer failed " thats i remember
i tried cm 10.1 and another ROM same thing

Dude, the rom you've flashed is not for our device that's why you've got that error. Never try stuff like that, it might hard brick your device
The phone was a copy version -_- never mind ... thanks for replay

Hey everyone,
How do I reboot my Xperia U in recovery mode?
Someone says, I have to press the Vol+ button repeadly while booting, another one says the Vol- button and powerup button, but nothing worked.
I used boot in recovery in the ROM manager, but my phone booted normally.

Both doesn't work
There is no recovery-mode
I sended a request to the SonyMobile-Support.
They say I can't start a Xperia U in recovery-mode.

Install a recovery first

Hi , I just tried to increase my internal memoery in my rooted Galaxy Ace 5830i by following this tutorial.

When I did the "Placing the 2nd partition of SD Card to internal." step , my phone wont boot to its OS.
I am able to access "CWM" by pressing Vol Up + Menu + Power.
But cant go to Download mode by pressing Vol Up + Vol Down + Power .. Just a black screen appears and stays there ...
Odin is not detecting my phone , I tried "Samsung 300K Tool" and ODin detected my phone , but the Flasing stopped at a "Establishing Connection " (or something else) step and nothing happens after that .
What to do ?
How can I access normal "Download mode" .....

Already tried it , it just goes to the bootscreen (shows Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-5830i) and stays there , nothing happens.
Solved !!!!
I created a JIG myself from trash using 3 resisitors... (390K-100K+10K =300K)
And used Odin , changed OS...

It would help if you said where you got the boot.img
And ignore the sony logo, focus on the led, when it lights up, press vol+ repeatedly (dont know how many times, i just keep doing it until its in recovery lol
If you installed doomkernel v5, try swapping vol+ for vol- or camera button, vol- = twrp (think thats right) and camera = philz

I try all the combinations possible. before that I flash this one I could get in recovery mode with the vol + and power. someone would not have an idea to restore my phone without using recovery mode. thank you

I don't know about the clones but the actual key combination for the Recovery Mode is Home + Power button and that for the Download Mode is Vol Down + Home +Power. Now check whether you can enter the Download Mode. Also specify the rom you installed. Do post the result. Hope I Helped

thank you for the quick response. But I tried all combinations listed above, but can not enter into recovery mode and download. I made a backup of my rom before flashing the phone. I tried to connect the phone is turn off it shows me in the device manager the hardware mt65xx preloader for 2 to 5 seconds and then disconnects.
I'm looking for a way to connect my phone to flash SP tool to restore with the original rom. I saw a tutorial that speaks of a test point on the card in the phone but I do not cmprends well. if someone can explain me this proccedure. Thank you for your answers.

Well I don't know if it's only my ACE, but it does take some time to enter in recovery mode, maybe you just didn't wait time enough? ...
For example, okay I'm a noob, buuuut...
I've noticed that when turning ON my ACE in the "normal" way, I mean, booting it up normally it displays a small triangle on the upper left of the display and when doing the key combination to enter recovery mode this small triangle turns green, now,(once again I say that I don't know if this is normal with other users) in my case I have to wait like 10 to 15 secs!!! .. the display does go on and off like 3 times, and pay attention, because you are pressing the menu button, and sometimes the recovery mode does boot up but the first option from menu is "reboot system now" and because you are pressing the menu button for too long it automatically reboots the device...
Just throwing some ideas...

Strange is this that on both way there is recovery menu
Then i install mtktool
And try to install recovery img
But now stock recovery not opening screen is black and reboot
And also now no sim means insert sim opetion
Well now what should i have to do

When i pres there are some other options like
Test
Automatic test
Manul test
Clear emmc
Reboot
Etc
These are still available when i try to go download mode

.
In the galaxy quattro / win, press Vol + home + power, vibrating release power button keep the Vol + home
To enter in download Vol - home + power, vibrating release power button keep the Vol + home
Trick: , i briked my download mod leave odin prepared with the stock(samfirm), remove the battery, insert the battery and make the combo button(at the same time) download works.
I recommend this ( i used terminal emulator)
