Is there a possibilty of porting google now or S-Voice in Galaxy Y.? And are there any other apps available in market which are closer to SIRI or S-Voice .?
There's one called Evi, I think. You have to download a speech synthesizer if you don't have one, but it will prompt you to do it if required.

Can't it run on custom roms which claim to be ICS or JELLY BEAN?
Or they just change number in Phone Info to look like ICS or JELLY BEAN?
And if custom roms provide us to run ICS or JB on galaxy y...why can't they provide full functionality such as Google Now?
I know that you are a noooob!!!
Google now - there is a possibility to get when cm9 work!!!
S voice - i heard that devices other than s3 cant use it. seems samsung is blocking some files req...

Try speaktoit Assistant or skyvi.
Attached is a flashable zip for arcs running STOCK ICS 4.0.4 BASED ROMS that gives you:
Jelly Bean version of Google Play Music (v4.3.605). Finally the widget has album art!
Google Ears Widget (Shazam/TrackID clone)
DSP Manager (lifted from CM9)
The Google Ears widget is FAST!
All I've done is gather the various APKs and libs from various XDA posts and CM9 RC1 plus I modified audio_effects.conf to include CM DSP and leave xLOUD intact.
I've tested this on my arc S running Arconium 4.0. If it works on an arc then that's a bonus but I've no way of testing it.
If you already have an older version of Google Play Music then you should probably clear data before flashing.
Thanks to Steve0007 for Google Play Music. Original thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1350164
Thanks to asdfzz for Google Ears. Original thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1742652
Thanks to the FXP CM9 team for DSP.
BACKUP FIRST then flash the zip using CWM. If it doesn't work, well sorry about that. It should be fine on any stock-based ROM.
Working fine
Will it work on CM9 Based 4.0.4 ROMS or is it only for SE Stock 4.0.4, as I'm rumming MooDeD Paranoid Android and want Google Play Music on my phone instead of the Apollo Music app that comes with the ROM?
It also works on CM9 Based ROMS.

Curious fact
Curious fact: it doesn't asks me to sign in with my google account, thus not letting me the chance to listen to the music I saved there... does that happen to you too?
What does DSP manager do? I see it everywhere, but can't find a description of what it does.
