i tried bluetooth explorer pro but it just shows the folders not the content of those folders

am sorry, never use Bluetooth can tell anything more. but if your friend phone does have wifi, you may try apps called Software Data Cable.

I am using an app called "wireless tethering" on the market, you can give it a try over the build-in tethering

I just got my blueant q2 and when paired if I make a call with the headset or on the phone dialer is not automatically selecting bluetooth? Why its annoying having to select it for every call made our received..

Seems to work now?, turn ok phone bt first then headset and when using a phone command it defaults to bt... I also tried dialer one and it works well

does anyone know the codes for the streak? i'm having problems when my data switches from 3g to H--it's able to send/receive data on H but doesn't do so on 3g-kinda like the problem with samsungs, and it seemed like solution was to disable H.
i tried the samsung codes, but didn't work on the streak.

exactly what do you want to control over the internet? your pc or the streak? with windows or linux or what?
I use Remote Desktop for windows PCs only, it's a bit pricey but it's unbeatable
I wanna control my pc from my streak....over the internet....i do music production and sometimes people need songs sent to them and im not always home....im using windows

What are you looking for exactly, and what have you done already?
I cant connect my Dell Streak via Bluetooth with my Windows Vista. I tried but windows is looking for the right driver for the Dell, and cant find one in the windows. Also it was not possible to connect dell to vista.

That's more an issue with your Vista Bluetooth driver comparability... you'll need 3rd party software like PDANet but its really a waste of time because transfer is painfully slow... as far as other Dell USB drivers they are all over the forums... please search

Hi I was not speaking about USB driver, but I was looking for the Bluetooth driver for Vista when I want to transfer something quickly.
Maybe it was misunderstanding, why should I use PDANet or another kind of the application

Look for the Toshiba bluetooth software. It solved all my Windows bluetooth issues.
