It's still a very new phone in the market.

There are test builds of CM 10.1 for the Xperia ZR that are available to download from here http://get.cm/?device=dogo.

But, actually i m newcomer.. Don't know much about rooting and roms. As i can see, there are no details given about this rom that what r d changes made. Can u pls. Tell ki is it not a full fledged rom? Actually, i have to purchase XZR but will only purchase if i get call recording feature in any custom rom. So, can u pls. Tell whether this rom has automatic call recording feature? Pls. Help..

Here is a link to the tutorial to root your fone. Its fairly simple and doesnt need alot of work. Just take the time to read through everything and download all the materials before you get started.
Also, the link has a pre-rooted 4.3 firmware for c5502 and c5503

As i am not having the Xperia P for now.
Money used up to fix my Xperia Arc Camera therefore i might buy the Xperia P in the end of month or maybe next month
Depent on the budget.Before try asking for donation.I would like to try working on it and see what i need to patch

If it's work then great but if nt's then is hard because it's based Novathor..no other miui device using same specs

Hey Guys I just updated to .54 firmware and was thinking of updating to a custom rom for my sola..........
I have used some of them but there were problems with them so I switched back to Stock ICS.......
I just need help from you guys to known which Custom ROM would be best for daily use......... Please help me with all the details like what is working in which ROM and whats not......
If u want something different that is almost complete then go for cm 9.1
If u want everything to work in a rom and based on stock rom
Then I suggest brains rom

Hi,
I have LWW it is running stock GB rooted.
I havent upgraded to official ICS because i came to know that it has many bugs.
Now since i want to upgrade to new version I am thinking of going either to:
1. FXP CM 9
2. FXP CM10
So all of u who have tried these versions can please help me by replying ur experience.
IS they have any bugs and any problem in camera, hardware buttons, sensors or anything.
Just check the bug tracker to know the bugs...I haven't tried FXP CM9 but FXP CM10 is good rom....it's fast but the battery life was not so good...if u use extended kernel with the cm10 rom, there won't be much bugs in the rom.

I don't think so, you just only unlock your bootloader that's it.

no i don't think you can get it on Stock based ROM........ its only available in CM and MIUI i guess.......

Stock ics on xperia tipo had it though, and I don't think there was an option to turn it off..

1 unlocking bootloader is not harmful if only done through the official sony site(google it!!!)
2 no it wnt damage
3 i dnt get ur ques bt both jb and ics kernel is supported in st15i. 4.2 is not fully supported yet

I tried Mesa 4.3,Lupas,Radeon and Kappa kernels with various custom roms..
no one can say what is the best I think.But personally I think Mesa 4.3 is good but some times gave me errors.like force closed and live wallpaper error...other kernels working well without having a problem...But can't say what is the best...

just wanted to let you know that if you unlock you bootloader, Track ID will not recognized songs for you and in addition you won't be able update from Sony (if you didn't know).
And android 4.1 and 4.2 are jelly bean versions and 4.3/5.0 will be jelly bean/lime pie.
Kernel version differ, some may name there kernel version according to updates and some according to android version
