Hi guys,
I'm thinking about getting dock station to my S3, not the official one (made by Samsung) but cheaper one. It seems like it won't put my phone automatically in Dock Mode, since it's like a connector/hub or something. Is there any program or modification that will put my phone in Dock Mode everytime I plug in the cable?

There must be some mod you can make to the cable. I say this because my car charger sometime puts the phone in dock mode!

bought one on ebay, but power doesn't work with my GN3 ... but work with an Galaxy S1 ... what is the problem ? anyone get one working ?
Maybe the problem is that since the note2/s3 Samsung changed a lot of stuff to an 11 pin connector as for the s1/s2 it's a 5 pin. As for a normal otg cable, it works for me at least (I have one w/o a charging cable)

Well as some of you guys have seen from my previous thread, I added a RAM mount to my wind shield:

I've added a few more things you guys might be interested in.

I went with that charging cord because the side going to the tablet angles back so you don't really see the cord aside from the plug. The other side where it plugs into the car charger is reversible so you can plug it in any way you want. No more having to look at it before you plug it in. And the reason I bought the car charger is because it has both the 1A and 2.4A plug.

Best way to play need for speed.
I just bought a Nissan GT-R and I wound up getting a nice AV input added to the mix on the car. The input unfortunately is an RCA connection (analog SD Yellow/White/Red variety). I'd like to be able to mirror the phone's output onto the screen using this input. Is there a cable that allows this to be easily done on an android phone?
Current daily phone is a stock, un-rooted, AT&T Galaxy Note 5.
Before anyone asks here's the ride and unlike the phone this thing isn't stock. :silly:

Back in the day of my Bold and Style they would have cradles:
something like this for the Bold:

And for the Style:
I would like something like that for the KEYone. I havent been in the BlackBerry game since the Style... do they still do cradles like that?
The recent Blackberry docks use the usb-c or micro usb port. They don't use the contacts like older devices did. Your best bet is to get a wireless charging dock or one that uses the USB-C connection. I currently have a nexus 6p till the KEYone is release in the states. Here is the dock I currently use and the one I will use with my KEYone:

i tried that one with my LG V20 and didn't really care for it
Hi,
I've tried few different chargers with no effect. So I have decided to open back panel and I've noticed that when I attempt to charge device battery stays completely cold but area right under sim card slot getting really hot.
Is that mean battery need to be replaced or is it something else.
Thanks for any help.

Try unplugging the battery and plugging it in. If it gets hot still, it is likely a short. If it doesn't, it is likely the battery.
