How to Install Blurry:
Boot into Safestrap v3.11
Select any Slot
Wipe Data / Factory Reset
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Wipe System
Install Blurry.zip
Reboot System
Initial install takes atleast 5 minutes
Let the 1st boot settle for 5 minutes
Reboot

seems to be based on verizon .16 firmware after reading the title.
if so, it's pretty sure you must flash artur's GSM patch (see latest posts into eclipse JB rom)
it should work

You should specify also in the title, something like:

Has anyone tried Pandora that is included in this ROM? It keeps cutting off the songs before they finish.

Busybox is causing the issues. It needs to be updated. Download the busybox app from playstore and update it.
