Hi, I'm on a ics rom and would like to know if it's possible to download and install the latest stock apps for this rom.

All you need to get back every working version of Samsung's stock apps is here. It's also in the market but it will cost a few buck(s).

Be more specific. What 2.3.3 rom? If it is a non Samsung based rom, forget it. If it is Samsung based, the bloater app by birgertime should do you just fine. I imagine you know the difference because you are on 2.3.3.

The stock samsung software dependes heavily in samsung stock touchwith so no luck
