Wouldn't it be easier to just port the moga game pad to the droid DNA
If that's what your asking also this would be something to ask a app dev in themes and apps as that's where things like that create I think

Ps2, ps3, xbox, and xbox 360 all are waaaay too powerful for ANY Android device. Even nintendo DS emulators lag on some dual core phones.
However, ps1, being an older console, can be emulated with fpse. Search it in the market.

Aside from fpse you can, if connected to wifi, use onlive to play the top ps3 and xbox 360 games but you will need good broadband.

why would you want to play gta1 vs gta4??
1. it is fewer megabytes.
2. it is fewer buttons so players can learn faster. can you emulate 20 buttons of a high speed action game on a 3 inch touchscreen?. i could write a book about this...
3 . it is much bloodier. gta1 you can fill the screen with 10% red pixels. gta4, maybe 1%

4. more ggunfights and chases. gta3,4 are easy to bog down in distractions. in gta1 its kill kill kill.
5. gta1 is better than every cheap car game i browsed on google play, except perhapd carmageddon.

I´ve tested FPse and ePSXe. better support the first, but is not free(the complete version). Good compatibility and can use openGL to boost the emulation.
Don't forget to add a PS3 sixaxis for better gaming with the "Sixaxis controller" app!! simules a kbd, so can be used inside almost all games and apps.

There are emulators running on the pc, and in a related question, how fast do we think an android device need to be to run a decent emulator of a old console like the PS2.

Ps. Fpse (for PS1) runs very well on the note 2. It is a refreshing change to have AAA games on Android that dont constantly ask you to pay micro transactions. Cant wait for them to eventually port metal gear soild to Android.

There is an app called "USB/BT joycenter" search it on google play it is paid but lets you play android games with almost any gamepad, I have used this app on my previous xperia acro s to play games with XBOX 360 wireless controller and XBOX 360 wireless receiver.
