Hyperdrive rom Voicemail problem GS3 - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have the at&t galaxy s3 with the hyperdrive rom.
when i try to call my voice mail by either holding 1, *86, or clicking the button it calls 911 instead of my voicemail.
when i look in my call logs it shows my number as 11(***)***-**** but actual numbers with 2 extra 1s in the beginning.
has any one had this problem? or no how to fix it?

[Q] Keypad issues with conference calls or any calls

I can dial the number just fine but, when asked to put in the conference call password/id, or voicemail password, the keypad thinks i'm touching the numbers several times instead of just the one time... example 4197 equals 4447719777
any ideas?

Sort of found out what is going on. Whenever i have in my headphones with microphone and try to punch in the numbers, it doesn't work. Even if the phone is on speaker, no work.
BUT, if i have it as a regular phone and type in the code for my voicemail, code for the conference call, it works.
So, the use of mic/headphones, or speaker phone, no punching in codes. Weird.

[Q] Stock Samsung ROM JB 4.1.1 Can't make calls using Google Voice

Hi everyone:
I have google voice setup as the voicemail box, no problem
I however, use GV for international calls from the United States and I cannot for the life of me get it to work.
Regardless of the settings I use in GV for making calls:
Use GV to make all calls, do not use gv, only for international or ask everytime I call.
When I go to the dialer to make my call...I dial the number, hit the dial button, then nothing happens. The dialer is still open, hitting back does nothing, hitting setting does nothing. I can still hit the numbers and the numbers will show up, but doesn't look through history or contacts.
It seems like GV is just not intercepting the calls out or doesn't launch. I've tried reinstalling GV, tried reverting back to an older version. No dice.
Has anyone seen a problem with this or have a work around?
Regards,
MWC

[Q] Can't get Google Voice forwarding to work

I just upgraded to a Verizon GS4 from a Droid Incredible. I've been using GV with my Verizon number for years for voicemail purposes and it's worked great up until now. I've turned my old Incredible into a desk Voip phone using GrooveIP, and calls seem to forward to it and my GV voicemail just fine when my GS4 is turned off. The problem is that when my GS4 is on and I don't answer the call it still seems to forward to my default Verizon voicemail. The weird part is that is does this like 99% of the time, although I've gotten it to forward unanswered calls to my Voip phone and GV voicemail a few times, but it only seems to work is the GV app is currently open on the GS4 when the call is placed. I'm running the stock GS4 rom and I've tried everything I can think of, GV is set as my voicemail program in call options, and I've tried setting up call forwarding on the phone as well. This seems to be somehow only a problem with the phone itself, as I've checked all my forwarding options on GV and the Verizon website and they seem to be correct. Anything else I can try?

I had a similar issue. Double check that your phone is enabled in Google Voice Web interface.

No voice mail on Boost Sph-D710 with slimkat

Don't really know if this is a Slimkat issue
Or a Boost issue but I'd like to resolve it.
If I hold 1 for voicemail it gives me
a busy signal instead of voicemail.
If I dial from another phone it never
Reaches voicemail. I made a ticket with
Boost.

[Q] Issues With Note II on Straight Talk

Hello,
I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II running the stock verizon rom with a Straight Talk AT&T Sim card. When someone calls me the call log shows the number with a + in front of it, i.e. "+999-888-7777". If I select that number to call it back I get a voice prompt that says "Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please try again". I discovered that if I dial the number either without the + symbol (i.e. "999-888-7777") or if I dial the number with +1 (i.e. "+1-999-888-7777") then the call goes through fine.
Because of this issue I cannot use the call log on my phone to call numbers back and when my contacts call me the caller ID doesn't show the contact because I don't have the contact numbers stored with a + in front of them. Can this be fixed? I tried calling straight talk and was basically told they don't know what's going on and they can't do anything about it.
