i have a samsung galaxy pocket neo gt-s5310 .. Android Version 4.1.2 .. Basebandversion S5310xxame1 .. Kernel 3.0.15-1187843 [email protected] # 1 Mon May 6 19:35:14 KST 2013
i want just to root this device..but the tuts about similar models (gt-s5300-03) won't work..failed to verify..

can you tell me the method name you tried for rooting,
srsroot method is popular, i can help u in that!

i tried to install update.zip files for similar galaxy phones (gt-s5300 and 5303)..
i switched into recovery mode (vol up + power + home).. selected the file and got an error.. verification failed..
do you mean this?

I have recently bought a Micromax Pixel ( A90s).
Have rooted the mobile. No issues at all.
I would like to know what is the best CyanogenMod for that mobile.
Its running android version 4.0.4, kernel version is 3.0.13
Would appreciate any help i can get on this.

I dont think there is CM available for this phone. CM is not being developed for these kind of phones yet.

I don't think Cyanogenmod is officially available for any of the Micromax Devices. Checked out their website. There could be some unofficial port!.

If it's a China Based Phone, then it's very difficult to unbrick it and that's why nobody replied because they don't know the answer
Less devs buy these phones and thus, there is not much guides or solutions to fix them. I'll post here if I find it.

the great software for root this suck device is VROOT before that you also need pdanet for driver..

Honestly, I dont think anybody will be able to provide you with that. There are too many different brands and whatnot of these chinese phones, it's a long shot that anybody that has one will be able to upload the stock rom. Good luck though.

there is a rom in this site bt i dun like that at all.

um giving detailz of my device bellow.bt before that i want to say that,i dun know how to flash any rom and come back in current rom.i've installed cwm and rooted my device by the help ov u gyzzz
